“I was introduced to Early Bird Coffee a few months ago, and what a treat! The shop is warm and cozy, with comfortable seating and a super friendly, knowledgable staff. The Iced Horchata Latte is my absolute favorite, although you can't go wrong with anything you order! The coffee is roasted in-house, and the pastries are delicious. I highly recommend Early Bird Coffee...a well-deserved 5 star rating for an incredible coffee experience!“

“We decided to stop in for lunch today, amazing service and food all around. The vibes were great, everyone was super welcoming, and the food was delicious!! We tried the buffalo chick’n and BBQ chick’n tacos, three tacos each filled us up perfectly. We’ll definitely be back soon to try more of the menu.“
“It's like walking into a brewery, but it's a coffee roaster. Why pay your coffee $$$ to a corporation when you can support a local long-time roaster. Coffee beans are roasted onsite, baristas are friendly, and pastries are fresh. Great atmosphere to watch the roasting process. I took a hard-core Starbucks drinker with me, and she is a convert.“
“They are allergy friendly! I stopped by to grab something to drink & when I asked if it were possible to see the ingredients of the drinks, the employee was able to tell me what I should & shouldn't drink as well as show me the ingredients. I hate asking. However, I recently found out my food allergies, so the fact that she was so helpful & friendly made the experience worth it. :)“
“This place is a hidden gem within unfortunate construction, don't miss it!They make their chocolate all the way from bean, utilizing beans from all over the world, and the coffee is delicious! So many choices, and Ana was super knowledgeable and friendly. We learned about chocolate and had great coffee. This world class operation is a must try!“
“Hope they stay forever! My family has enjoyed having this small coffee shop in the community ever since they opened. It's become part of our life to take walks there, enjoy the monthly specials on tea and coffee, and peruse the events and featured vendors. We often drop by or stay awhile and play with their games such nice people.“
“Best part of our first visit to San Antonio! The coffee was a whole experience! My Banana Coffee was a first time experience and they set the bar with their coffee! Having the old school DJ equipment the seating areas to relax sip and vibe set a tone for the best cafe experience! A must stop when in San Antonio Texas!“
“A super cute coffee stand in San Antonio. It was pouring rain and still worth going! The barista was behind friendly. She was visibly freezing, but still smiling and happy. The coffee was excellent, just what we needed on a cold and rainy Monday!“
“Been coming here for over 2 years and besides the AMAZING Drinks and variety options of Protein waffles which you will taste for yourself when you get here... The Environment is so welcoming!!! You get here and your spirit is instantly lifted! So whether you're wanting Protein, energy, workout plan or just a smile you must come here!!!!!!“
“Stopped for something to drink on the way to Austin. Staff was super friendly and kind. Coffee was exceptional. This place was recommended by a friend to we were visiting in San Antonio and it did not disappoint. Hope to return upon the next visit to San Antonio.“
“Walking into Eightball Coffee, you’re greeted by a cozy and uncomplicated charm that’s becoming increasingly rare in coffee shops today. The first thing you’ll notice is its simplicity, echoing the essence of what a coffee shop should be. However, a suggestion for the lovely folks at Eightball: a bit more signage outside could do wonders. It’s a gem that more people need to discover easily.During my visit, I opted for something a bit unconventional – a lavender matcha with oat milk. To my surprise, the concoction didn’t just delight; it mystified. There was an unexpected, yet wholly welcome, marshmallow essence to the flavor that made each sip a sweet revelation. It’s not just a drink; it’s a dessert, a comfort, and a new favorite all rolled into one.Though the menu at Eightball might be described as small, it’s evident that each item is curated with precision and a commitment to quality. “Limited” here does not mean lacking; it means perfected. Each drink I’ve seen served is a testament to their dedication to their craft. The ambiance further elevates the experience. The smooth, cool music enveloping the space creates a relaxed, boyfriend vibes atmosphere that’s just as suited for leisurely hangouts as it is for focused work sessions. Eightball Coffee strikes the perfect balance between a chill hangout spot and a productive workspace. In essence, Eightball Coffee is more than just a coffee shop. It’s a sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer points of coffee-making and those looking for a sweet escape in the middle of their day. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, it’s a spot that beckons for a visit. And for me, it’s definitely a place I’ll return to, eager to sip on that mysteriously delightful lavender matcha once again.“
“Food was great, the atmosphere is awesome and different especially with the Art. Just a different ambience and vibe if your ever in San Antonio or even just lived here or live this is a must go to spot definitely should be on your bucket list of places to eat.“
“I can't believe how good this place is. The flavor in their coffee and food items is unmatched. I really haven't seen it nowhere else. I had the Oreo concha, which I was super hesitant, but I was honestly impressed. Also, don't be afraid to try their specialty cappuccinos, they might sound odd, but I promise you will not regret it. Definitely a new favorite here in San Antonio, TX.“
“The donuts here are made to order,Or topped to order. When I received my order they looked fresh and they were warm. The staff are a young crowd so I did not receive the best service but they at least said hello when I walked in. The person taking my order was on the phone the entire time. The person preparing my order looked like she was bothered and the person delivering the order to me, looked like he didn’t want to be there lol.Otherwise, food is excellent, large menu, something for everyone. And they also have a breakfast/ brunch menu and coffee items. The location is a bit small so it may be hard to find a place to sit and eat in.Parking: Small location with shared parking from other businesses. If busy, you may not find a good parking spot but it would be a short walking distance.“
“Took a trip to San Antonio from Dallas and I just had to try this. It was so worth it! The coffee was phenomenal and the owner Jerry was extremely kind and helpful, trust his judgements for your coffee! I got the Hanoi Egg Coffee and it was a one of a kind experience in San Antonio. I highly recommend coming down here!“
“Favorite coffee spot, hands down! Always fast and friendly service. My favorite order is either the hot Avalanche or the frozen Avalanche in the summer. Delicious! Prices are comparable (maybe a bit more reasonable) to other nearby coffee locations. Love the convenience of the drive thru.“
“Excellent cafe with awesome, friendly staff, amazing coffee, comfortable seating and overall it's a super cozy setting. Great WiFi here too (if you're looking to work from this cafe), and the coffee is totally fairly priced.Parking is a little tricky (behind the building) and there are train tracks right outside, but regardless this place is more than well worth a visit.“
“Great place, great staff, great coffee! My family hosted an event here and it was the easiest time I’ve ever had working with a venue. The owner was there the morning of the event to help us with all our set up questions and the staff during the event made everything a breeze! I cannot say anything negative about this place- they are awesome!!“
“Laika's Stellar Cheesecakes and Spicy Delights!Laika in San Antonio is a total game-changer! Their cheesecakes are out of this world, just like their name suggests.I was particularly blown away by the Strawberry Fields Forever cheesecake. The combination of the creamy cheesecake with the sweet strawberry flavor and that pistachio kick was incredible. And the Space Jam cheesecake? Wow! It was a delicious adventure in every bite. But Laika isn't just about the amazing cheesecakes. Their Spicy Cuban Coffee is the perfect complement. It packs a punch of sweet and spicy that perfectly balances the richness of the cheesecake. It's a taste sensation!Laika is a must-try for any dessert lover in San Antonio. They offer a truly unique and delicious experience!“
“The gelato here was great! Anytime we vacation we like to have gelato so that we can have the affogato. We all loved what we picked. No complaints at all. It is in a busy shopping area, so you may have to drive around for a parking spot.Parking: Busy shopping area, so you may have to drive around a little to get a spot.“
“3/16/2024 finally dropped in.We (I) will definitely be back! We ordered a cortado, a forest dweller, and a vanilla lavender latte. The female barista was extremely welcoming and super informative about Gravves menu. The aesthetic is phenomenal. Definitely brought out my inner-gothic self. The flavor of lavender was unique and delicious. The pandan in the Foresty Dweller was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend.“
“I absolutely love this place! I think the girl who helped me was named Jay, however she provided such quality service that I left extremely impressed. Thank you so much for making my day! I come here often and all staff is always so nice and friendly. Great place to study and they have the best unique coffee options. I will keep coming back to this coffee shop and recommending it to strangers, family, and friends.“
“So I rolled up to this place at 7:54 on a Sunday and they closed at 8 and turned around to get back in my car because I didn't want to be a jerk and the guy started waving me to come in while he was cleaning up! Any place that is willing to joyfully take my business at quitting time is getting 5 stars! Not to mention their açaís bowls were yummy!“
“If we could give this place 10 stars we would. The service is great. Owner is friendly and took his time to explain different drinks in the menu and make recommendations, the drinks actually have coffee in them, as opposed to mostly milk. We tried the Coffee Bombom and a late, both hot because it’s very windy today and this is an outdoor spot. We also tried their Chai. You can taste the spices in the Chai, and the cinnamon in the coffee. Most importantly, again, you can taste the coffee but not because it is bitter and burnt like other places. It is just rich. The empanadas were really good too, we tried the guava one for dessert, and also the bean and bacon, and pork and sausage ones. Did not let us down. All tasty and our favorite was the bean and bacon. The atmosphere is good for being an outdoor place. It’s super cute, got decent seating and surprisingly there’s not a lot of noise coming from the street so you can be there for as long as the weather permits.“
“So today I decided to try out a sweet little gem right down the street from me. It's in a plaza on Babcock and if you blink you might miss it and what a shame that would be! When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the owner who told me about the items on the menu in detail. I thought about getting a shake but I pivoted towards the teas. I got the Strait Hit for myself and the Tipsy Tarpon for my fiancé. Each tea comes with a natural energy boost to prevent crashing. I can't believe I've gone to Starbucks over a dozen times and drove right past this place. I won't make that mistake again. I absolutely love the flavor of both teas and will be back to try others. They have an extensive menu that is also customizable. They even have to-go packets where you can mix the drinks yourself later on. This is a small business and is woman-owned so please support! They've made a lifetime customer.“
“My new favorite coffee spot to sit, work, and sip on coffee. Decor is gorgeous and the service is fantastic. Seats inside are comfy with lots of outlets and natural light. Lattes were good and reasonably priced! I didn’t get any food but I will when I return.“
“I loved the coffee here! It was delicious and the croissant I got was really good. I got the Nut Job and I would really recommend it! My only complaint is that I wish it had been a bit brighter but my partner tells me there are usually more lights on. I love a local place that gives back to its community, I would highly highly urge everyone to try it out!“
“Some might call it a hole in the wall, well, it's not! It's a hidden gem! A favorite for San Antonio locals who work down town! Very casual dining, price per person $12-15. All kinds of people dining. Limited hours so check bf coming. Can't wait to bring out of town friends here!Parking: We walked about 2.5 blocks, but the weather was beautiful, and it was worth the effort!“
“Great walk up coffee trailer! Coffee is to the point. Menu is small so it’s easy to get what you need. Food options are limited but tasty. There are a few outdoor tables to sit at but with other vendors here it’s sporty to get a table. One of my fav coffee stops in SAT when I’m in “
“Me and my partner first came in when we saw stuff about their coffee flights and interesting flavors. We tried them and had the baristas make us whatever drinks they thought were going to be good. They were all delicious and introduced us to new great flavor combinations. This place is awesome and whenever we want a coffee date we make the drive over. The seasonal flavors are always interesting and delicious too! Definitely recommend this place.“
“One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in San Antonio! The staff are always so sweet and welcoming with every single visit. The coffee is unique ( in the best way ) and, they have an amazing combination of flavors. I love how they do a great job of recommending different drinks, too!“
“Great food and service!! Came out for a private work event and everyone loved the food and coffee. Can’t recommend this place enough! They were very responsive and attentive to the large crowd. Thank you so much, Jen! It was a pleasure meeting you and your family!“
“The Perfect Morning Pick me up!The interior of Rose Hip so cute and cozy and made for the perfect way to start our day!I tried the Hot Matcha Latte with Lavender Rosemary Syrup, and it was the most delicious blend of a boost and relaxation in a cup! My partner really got a boost with their cold brew!We loved the Blueberry Muffin and Super Green Smoothie for my toddler. My friend got her jump start with their coffeeLatte and poppy seed Bagel.Definitely stop in and check out this wonderful café!Parking: Decent amount of parking right out front“
“Coffee crush exceeded my expectations. They have a great pastry selection and plenty of coffee options. I tried the Coquito coffee and a cheese danish. The person working the counter was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.“
“Wow! So glad we stumbled across this place! The owner was so sweet and explained the many ways on how you can make a great drink. You can choose the different citrus, add ons, and how sweet you’d like it. Highly recommend trying the lemon lime and chamoy. They even have games for you to hang out and a free mini library.Parking: Parking across the street“
“We ordered different coffees for our family and they were all very good tasting. I got the Cuppa Joe with oat milk and it was very smooth, not bitter at all. We're visiting San Antonio for the weekend and we plan to stop tomorrow before we head back home.“
“Casual & cheerful place to gather. Hangout on the stone patio area or visit after a walk in the park across the street. ALSO - yesterday they had Grand Opening and ribbon cutting at the new location 2169 N. W. Military. There now having Sunday morning coffee.“

“One of my favorite coffee shops in San Antonio!! I come here often and the coffee is always great, baristas are nice, and the prices are better than any other shop!! They also offer the biggest sizes I’ve ever seen at a coffee shop it’s great! The vibe is also super cozy and great for getting work done. I’m never disappointed when I come here and I’m always recommending it to people!“
“This was SO GOOD!! I was in town for a girls trip and we were looking for a quick breakfast spot in the King William District and Kulture Kafe had lots of great reviews. It's a little difficult to find and really is just a food truck trailer parked in a parking lot but there's plenty of seating and the service was super quick as well! When we arrived, I ordered an horchata matcha latte (I loved all the seasonal drinks and foods they had!). My friend ordered a seasonal coffee drink and we split an order of chilaquiles. My drink was absolutely delicious, I loved the homemade horchata!! The chilaquiles came STUFFED and were so flavorful as well. I loved how tender and juicy the chicken was. Overall, really great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast!! Definitely lives up to the hype!!“
“Excellent service. This was second visit and first time ordering on the app. First visit was the Açaí Power bowl. This visit went for the Tropical Açaí Bowl and the Ginger Bomb. The Ginger Bomb was good, yes there was a lot of ginger. Felt better. Sinuses…. The Açaí bowls are delicious, the protein power was perfect for me. The Tropical bowl was sweet. The honey and fruit was what made it sweet. I would remove the honey next time. The protein in the power bowl was filling. Both bowls were delicious and filling. A great lunch break alternative. One thing I noticed was after eating fast food, I felt sluggish. One thing I did not feel with these bowls. Felt constant energy. No sluggishness or tired. I felt great! Almost finished with my bowl so no pictures… though what you see on the website is what you will see in person. I recommend Playa Bowls.“
“Super cute truck, got a delicious cappuccino. Appreciated the barista’s friendly service. Easy parking to boot. Would definitely return. :) very small detail but the “open” sign was not turned on so when I parked behind them I thought …oh, I guess they are closed? Glad I walked around to check but that’d be a helpful little detail in the future!“
“Press Coffee on Broadway in San Antonio exceeded all expectations!Their lavender latte was a true masterpiece, blending the delicate essence of lavender with rich, velvety espresso. The atmosphere was trendy yet welcoming, providing the perfect backdrop for savoring every sip.If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and indulge in the lavender latte at Press Coffee. It's a five-star experience you won't soon forget!“
“"Coffee Bliss and Delectable Delights – A Favorite Post-Church Haven"This coffee shop has become one of my absolute favorite places to visit, especially after church. The cozy ambiance, rich coffee, and mouthwatering bakery selection create a haven of delight. It has become a cherished tradition for me and my loved ones. A must-visit spot that adds a special touch to our post-church gatherings!“
“First visit. Tried the mystic smoothie, it tastes like a chocolate milkshake which I wasn't expecting. Smells organic in there, clean aesthetic and staff was nice. Got a free ginger shot cause it took pretty long for 1 drink, apparently they were short staffed.Would go back to try a different flavor.“
“What a true jewel in this neighborhood! We were immediately greeted with the warmest and most genuine welcome this morning. The staff went out of their way to explain menu options; Which says alot considering I take a VERY long time to decide what I want hahaTake full advantage of their seasonal drink menu: I told the cashier (she could not have been sweeter!) I want the sweetist drink on the menu and she helped me make an excellent choice (the Christmas cookie coffee). Then we ordered the cream puff: this is not for playtime! It's indulgent, yummy, and feels like grandma's kitchen. In other words it warms your heart and belly. But, what I was probably most struck by was the immense patriotism of both the brand and shop. In the corner is America's White Table in honor of the lost who fought valiantly in this country's wars. When you visit, make sure to give a moment of silence and reflection at this Table. The names of the coffee alone are worth a visit and I can appreciate the ingenuity and creativity of them all. I also have tremendous respect for a small business who offers discounts to firemen and local police.Hats off to the owners and staff of Texas Grounds in Helotes, TX.“
“I have been a customer of Mudslingers for some time now and I love this place. Best Chai with a shot on the planet. Everyone, and I mean everyone, at Mudslingers on 1000oaks are engaging, friendly and just downright Fun! If they were a public company I would strongly recommend them as a “Buy”!“
“The BEST Starbucks I have been to! The employees are SUPER nice, they never have a problem with my Starbucks illiteracy's. Lol! I usually have to show them a pic so they'll know what I want or want to try. They work very fast so they get the line moving fast. Too bad we can't tip at this location. Just went in this evening and the gentleman who was there was extremely helpful, kind and had a heart of gold! I'll be visiting every morning for my usual cold brew with sugar free everything.“
