This was SO GOOD!! I was in town for a girls trip and we were looking for a quick breakfast spot in the King William District and Kulture Kafe had lots of great reviews. It's a little difficult to find and really is just a food truck trailer parked in a parking lot but there's plenty of seating and the service was super quick as well! During my visit my friends and I ate breakfast twice here. We came back for those molletes (vegan)! They were delicious! On the second time I ordered them with an egg over easy. Get them extra toasty to enhance the texture. They are lightly toasted. The mazapán waffles were delicious as well. The breading was not overly sweet, which is my preference. This is the cutest food truck. I had the mazapán waffles and my husband had the Jalapeño breakfast bagel sandwich. So delicious! Try the Texas Latte, nice and spicy cup of coffee! Thank you for an amazing breakfast!!
