We were in town and it was my wife's birthday. The food and service were impeccable. If i could give them an extra 6th star, I would. Pleasing the entire family with everything from the bread, apps, salads and entrees is a tough order with our group. Each course, we just became more impressed. Lico, our waiter, was incredible. We will be back as soon as in SA again!
We had a large group together visiting San Antonio, and we were able to book the chef's table at Bliss. What an incredible experience! The food, as always, was phenomenal, but the experience in the kitchen made the meal remarkable. The skill, professionalism, and calm mastery in the kitchen shows through in the taste and presentation.
