“It's a nice place, but if I drop into a neighborhood (or any) coffee shop on a Sat a.m. I expect a Sat a.m. "coffee atmosphere" - quiet, laid-back. Suddenly in comes a bunch of pre-teens, cackling and shouting. Too many parents make the mistake of assuming that we all want to see and hear their kids: teach them to recognize and respect quiet. Otherwise, as I said, a nice and convenient spot with a good selection for coffee and low-dB conversation.“

“It's my go-to for a delicious chilled, blended, flavored coffee, always with a double shot of espresso! All locations cater mostly to drive- thru customers, but they do have a couple of outside tables on a small patio area. I've been to 7 Brews locations from south Texas to Northern Michigan and many in between. The staff at every location has been exceptional!!“

I left with the jalapeño biscuit sandwich and a shaken espresso, and both were amazing. Their coffee is leagues above what you’d find at any other chain, and I will definitely be stopping by regularly :)“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

“I only recently heard the my city (SATX) had a PJs. Woooowhooo. I discovered this Bulverde Rd location is only about 12 minutes away. So,.., here we go. 3 biegnwts and a classic dark roast chicory coffee. Oh my. Yum. Slap ya Momma and run around da room! It was good and I'm glad I came. Nice quiet atmosphere with the just right NOLA music ambiance to help me remember my roots. Staff was friendly. All good. I'll be back!!!“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“Great flavors. Everyone in my family has their own favorite flavor, but have to make compromises as fridge can’t hold all of them at once. Rewards are nice to have. The tea is a bit pricey nowadays, which has made it more of a treat than a staple in the house. But compared to other places, the flavors here win out overall.“

“This is the first time I have been here or to any Dutch Bros. I must say, I didn't realize how many different types of drink possibilities they offer. I thought it was just coffee, but I was clearly mistaken. (Coffee(Blended,Iced,Hot),Milkshakes, Lemonade, Bobo, etc...I would suggest that you look online at the website before going, they have more drinks online than the store menu. I was a Loyal Starbucks customer, but now I don't even know what Starbucks is. Their large seems bigger than the Venti offered you know where and the price is about the same. Five of us got drinks, five of us were completely satisfied. For the service, the staff was polite and courteous. You could tell they enjoyed their job, which tells alot about a company (my opinion). Atmosphere I rated but there isn't an indoor section, only Drive-thru. Based on outside it was clean. I could not Rate on the food, for I did not order food, but I will say they show more on the store menu than what you will see on the online menu. I will update Food rating If/When I try.

Update: We ended up actually going back later in the evening to try another flavor of drink. Which was not a disappointment. I will say that my girls genuinely enjoyed what they ordered. So people, take your kids for they will Thank You.“

But this one girl named Ariel is my favorite she knows when yall drop a new Red Bull energy drink I will definitely want to try to and even if I don’t know what I want for an energy drink she makes the best ones and I love them every time! Coffee is great, not too acidic with many flavoring choices, especially for my sugar free queens! They even offer a high protein milk for a protein coffee.
If I may suggest; Small light-ice, sugar free breve with sugar free caramel drizzle inside and around the cup with spray whip on top. Delicious!“

“Just came through and had a memorable time. I didn’t know they have cold brew and asked for a sample, most drive through places have told me no samples, and they did not give me any trouble. The other day, I came to Dutch Bros absolutely hysterical. I was ugly crying in my car because my son has been in the hospital, and I was just completely overwhelmed with life. I didn’t even know how I was going to get through the day, I just needed coffee and a second to breathe.

The girl working the window (I didn’t catch her name, and I wish I had) noticed right away. My hand was resting on the window, and she gently put her hand on mine. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t make it awkward. She just spoke the kindest, most sincere words straight into my soul. I don’t even remember exactly what she said , something like, “We’re here for you,” or “It’s going to be okay.” But in that moment, it felt like everything.

It wasn’t just customer service. It was humanity.

That small act meant more than she will probably ever know. I will forever come to Dutch Bros because of that moment. Truly forever. This is my place now.

Every time I come here, they ask how I’m doing. They’re genuinely interested. They hype you up. They compliment you. They check in on you. They speak life into you. It’s not just coffee, it’s connection.

“I have been going here off and on for the past three years. Overall, great people and great service. I used to order the kolaches, but they would be cold inside even after double hot instructions, so I went with the breakfast burritos instead. Great food, would eat and drink here any time. I also order through Grub Hub, things do get cooled off by the time they arrive at home.“
