Based on the reviews, Maple Street Biscuit Company Bulverde serves fantastic, hardy food made with quality. The fried green tomatoes are superb, and the Hash Bowl and waffle are amazing. The Retro Plate is delicious. They offer naturally squeezed OJ and a wide variety of coffee with natural beans grinded. Customers order at the counter and the food is brought to them, with self-serve coffee, tea, and water. The staff are cheerful and provide impeccable customer service. The service is the true star, with staff who are sweet, helpful, attentive, and personable. They do not ask for a tip. It is a great experience for solo visits or groups, and customers definitely will be back.
