Staff are welcoming and kind, even when handling large orders, like $56 worth of items. Drinks are consistent and delicious, with service being fast and friendly. However, some customers have experienced mistakes with their orders, like incorrect foam on their drink, and long wait times, like 25 minutes for a simple order. Despite this, Starbucks Coffee Company is a reliable place to get a morning cup of coffee. The staff are usually quick, but sometimes they can get behind, especially when training new staff. Overall, customers appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at this location.
