Starbucks is a place I visit often, whatever area I was at, I would stop at that location and buy my coffee. It started bothering me that a lot of times I left there unsatisfied due to bad customer service and the feeling like I’m bothering them, not to mention not getting our order right. Old Employee put a lot of trust in me despite my bad looks lol, peaceful calm atmosphere, fast and quick, and the best frappé I’ve ever had 10/10. Would go higher if allowed.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where staff are kind and helpful. The people working at this location are lovely and helpful. Customers have had great experiences, with staff being efficient and providing outstanding customer service. The drive-thru is quick, with orders coming out just as requested. Staff are welcoming and kind, even when handling large orders, like $56 worth of items. Drinks are consistent and delicious, with service being fast and friendly. However, some customers have experienced mistakes with their orders, like incorrect foam on their drink, and long wait times, like 25 minutes for a simple order. Despite this, Starbucks Coffee Company is a reliable place to get a morning cup of coffee. The staff are usually quick, but sometimes they can get behind, especially when training new staff. Overall, customers appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at this location.
