I have been an avid jolt lover for the last three years— frequently driving 25 minutes just to grab one but today when I stopped off for an aura I was very disappointed to learn that y’all now charge an extra dollar per drink when light ice is requested. When I order a 32 ounce aura I don’t want my cup filled to the brim with ice because then it is equivalent to a small that I am paying for in a large. Huge scam practice !

Extremely rude male owner. I really like the coffee but it’s not worth dealing with this man. I’ve been going since they opened and will not be back after this morning.
