Pueblo Jalisco's Bar Reviews
Good good good good good good
This used to be my go to restaurant, but this spring the quality went way down. Loved their carne asada. Last time meat was practically burnt bits and too salty to eat. Uncooked chunks of fat in my breakfast taco this morning. Pico de Gallo that mostly onion with some tomato. 3 pieces of jalapeño and there was no cilantro. I'm so disappointed.
Food is Authentic....Nice place

Pueblo Jalisco's Bar is a Mexican restaurant with a drive-thru and a separate bar room. The food is delicious, authentic, and tasty, with reasonable prices and great customer service. The chips are homemade with a mix of regular tortilla chips, served with a free cup of fideo. The refried beans are delicious and don’t taste like it came from a can. The bowl of tortilla soup is huge and worth the $9, coming with tortilla strips and rice. The pezole is good, with a whole bowl that cannot be finished. The carne guisada melted on the tongue. The sweet tea is good. However, quality has gone down for some; the carne asada was burnt bits, too salty, and had uncooked chunks of fat in a breakfast taco. The quesabirria conseme is sometimes oily like added olive oil or vegetable oil, which is disgusting. The pico de Gallo was mostly onion with some tomato, with three pieces of jalapeño and no cilantro. The bathrooms lacked hand soap, but the waitresses are friendly and quick.
