Just watched an employee put on the wrong vegetable, banana peppers, then individually took them off and put them back with the rest in the bin. I gasped and said "you can't do that" his reply" "and why not" maybe hire people with above Luke warm iq. Bc that is disgusting and in violation of health codes.
I walked in and waited patiently for a couple of minutes. Some people ahead were getting sandwiches, but it was not busy by any means. A cashier with headphones in his ears and short hair just stared at me and my sister. Super rude and unfriendly. I said hello and he still didn’t say “hi can I help you?” or “hello give me just one moment, we’re trying to catch up at the moment.” If he can’t hear, then he needs to take those headphones out. I placed a online order for 6:55 pm didn’t get it until a little after 7 pm. That wasn’t the issue there was a short black girl in the front with glasses on handling at least 10 customers by herself. Everyone else was on break whoever is managing this Subway is doing a terrible job. She was very nice and apologized about the order being a bit late.
