staff is very rude and dismissive lady on the phone hung up on me mid sentence as I was trying to request something. that's not the customer service I ever want to experience ever again. shame on this lady and this location
The staff was very rude I called to ask a few questions and the lady I spoke to hung up in my face right in the middle of me talking. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.
My sandwich was completely messed up and a stale mess. (I didn’t check it until I got back home. I called the store and asked for the manager. Some young man came to the phone and I proceeded to tell him what happened. I had been driving for 4 hours, was tired and hungry and irritable. They gave me a cold stale veggie smothered in ranch with no cheese on it in a torn wrapper. I asked for no ranch or mayo but add mustard.
