Was at Schlotzsky's the day before my 2 medical procedures. The lady manager was a sweetheart when she heard what I was going to have done. They prepared 6 quarts of their wonderful and tasty Broccoli and Potato soups. It was the perfect dishes to bring me back to health. I highly recommend Schlotzsky's to everyone of all ages.

I love the food but the dining room was very dirty. There was not one clean table. There were 3 customers in the dining room, so someone could've cleaned the tables since it wasn’t busy. It’s like that every time I go into the restaurant. Can one employee check the dining area and clean the tables?

Lady look at me 3x while I waited in line to order for 5 minutes and did not say a word. There was 3 people in the car line and 6 people working in the back. This ridiculous and this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Do better.

My wife and I have visited this location several times. I love their smoked turkey sandwich. Sometimes I opt for the kids pepperoni pizza. The staff is always friendly and the dining room is kept clean.
Original wife got was super as always. Large banner hanging inside advertised some type of brisket sandwich (never seen this before, new sandwich?). After much confusion at drive thru, and me spelling what I was saying (brisket), I am told they don't sell any type of brisket. I said I read it on the banner but they assured me. Disgusted with all this trouble, I ordered nothing for myself. I did drive back around to read the banner again (make sure I wasn't crazy), it's large and just inside doors.

I drive nearly 30 min. Out my way to come and enjoy the food. It's always fresh and hot. It's worth the drive. The manager Chris made our experience pleasing as well. I will always return. I say I'm a very pleased customer! :)
