“Original wife got was super as always. Large banner hanging inside advertised some type of brisket sandwich (never seen this before, new sandwich?). After much confusion at drive thru, and me spelling what I was saying (brisket), I am told they don't sell any type of brisket. I said I read it on the banner but they assured me. Disgusted with all this trouble, I ordered nothing for myself. I did drive back around to read the banner again (make sure I wasn't crazy), it's large and just inside doors.“
“I had gotten the privilege to meet the new General manager, he really seems to turn a new page, I’ve been a customer since this unit has opened and he is so far my highest one to root for. I will be back to this establishment more often than usual. He makes the team positive it proves as it shows. Happy to be a customer here, thank you and have a blessed day“
“While waiting in line, in the sun, for the grand opening of The Jerk Shack, I took the opportunity to try Pop'topia. Zack Salsman, the owner had his cart set up in a corner. I was hot and kept seeing people with colorful popsicles. When the line moved up enough, I checked out the current offerings that ranged from rasberry, to grapefruit to mango. I settled on piña colada. It was delicious. The perfect blend of coconut and pineapple, very refreshing. I like that the pops have no preservatives, additives, corn syrup or artificial colors. I don't know where Pop'topia will be next, I took picture of Zack's card and will post it.“
“Used to be one of the better Schlotzkys, in all the right ways. Now it's like pretty much everywhere else. In all the wrong ways.Clearly stated our orders. Twice. Two sandwiches. Very simple orders.Nothing complicated.Had to repeat them. Three times.Made it clear the order was to go.Somehow the lady seemed mad about it all. Then, after all of that, they still got it all wrong and then served the orders in the basket. For dining in.So we had to wait for them to bag them to go. Which should have been done right in front of us, but instead they adjourned to the kitchen, out of sight. For more than five minutes.Because of course they did.Nice touch.“
“My husband and I are recent residents of New Braunfels Texas and after shopping at H.E.B several times we decided it was time to try True Texas BBQ. I have to admit the lean brisket was the best I've ever eaten but unfortunately the service flunked. The order window was closed as soon as we stepped up to it. The man working the window was pulled to help fill the App orders. Obviously we were not a priority, we waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken. Several people gave up and left and one man downloaded the app and picked up his food the same time we did. I understand this happens often. Maybe they want to add to their employees? If we order from this location again it will be thru the app.“
