He worked with me on the details that I needed last minute- like AV system, glassware, plates Etc… All food was amazing from yummy appetizers to delicious desert!! Main entree- we had salmon and streak medallions with roasted veggies that were to die for! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the servers- top notch! So professional, timed everything perfectly and so quiet for my soft spoken speaker. Will definitely use again!!“

“Last night we experienced something truly special. We hosted an intimate plated dinner for 16 guests in our home, and this chef and his team absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were unmatched. The food was OUTSTANDING. Every course was beautifully plated, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The lobster mac and cheese was rich and unforgettable. The ribeye steaks were huge, perfectly cooked to each person’s exact temperature, and incredibly tender. The shrimp, scallops, asparagus, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and matcha tiramisu were all exceptional. Every single guest was blown away. What impressed me most was their ability to serve 16 plated meals flawlessly, with perfect timing, presentation, and temperature. That level of execution takes real talent and experience. But beyond the food, they helped create an experience. The night felt elegant, intentional, and unforgettable. They brought restaurant-level service into our home and made it feel effortless. “We had the absolute pleasure of having Luna Espresso join us for a 3-day in-office event, and they exceeded every expectation! From 7AM-3PM each day, the line was consistently long and nonstop, yet their team was nothing but professional, kind, patient and welcoming to everyone. They never once showed any sign of being tired or overwhelmed, even with the constant flow of people. Their positive energy really made such a difference!
They went above and beyond by creating custom cups and adorable latte toppers specifically for our office, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. It made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.
Luna Espresso was truly the highlight of the week for our entire office. Everyone looked forward to their coffee breaks, and we were genuinely sad when the three days came to an end.

“I hired Pappa’s Catering for my wedding and it was perfect! I had one wedding guest say the fajitas were “the best dang fajitas I’ve ever had”. They grilled on-site so everything was fresh and tasted amazing! I had several guests tell me the staff and bartenders were phenomenal and the buffet line didn’t take long at all! If you need fajitas and all the fixings plus great catering staff, look no further and have Pappa’s!“

“We hired CoJo for my wedding that was in October that was for about 200 guest. We had been planning this day for about a year and a half they kept in touch the whole time even during a crazy pandemic that no one saw coming. We met with several different catering company's but when we came across CoJo it was an easy decision! They could customize the meal to exactly what you wanted. NO ONE else would do that for us. It was always a preset menu. They were so much more than just catering to us. They were an event planner/ wedding planner as well that made everyone of my dreams including my husbands and my moms dream come true for us! We dreamed of a Expresso kiosk, margarita machines, expresso martinis, the most amazing queso and cilantro lime sauce for our fajitas and they made it all happen! They provided all the staff and bartenders that handled all the guest perfectly. Did ALL the linen/ China and stylin of wedding tables + napkins! They followed all CDC guidelines and had the appropriate shielding for all the food and most important it was HOT FOOD for all the guest! I would not say enough good things about this company. If you are thinking about them for your wedding or any other events BOOK THEM! We will forever be grateful to this staff. We got married at Hidden River Ranch in lampasas, TX in October 2020!“
