We had several guests with different allergies, which they accommodated for so well, even making the entire night gluten free for us! We had ~115 guests, and for our menu, we chose a variety of passed and stationary appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet of short ribs, salmon, seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, and a crowd-favorite mac and cheese bar.
