“Courtney and her team provided an exceptional catering experience for our wedding in April in Dripping Springs. Courtney was professional, highly responsive, and made the entire planning process seamless.

We had ~115 guests, and for our menu, we chose a variety of passed and stationary appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet of short ribs, salmon, seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, and a crowd-favorite mac and cheese bar. The quality was top-notch. We received so many compliments from guests claiming it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We cannot recommend Courtney’s catering enough!“

“Dream Events was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our guests are STILL talking about the food, which says everything! Everything was delicious, and they did such a great job helping us figure out accurate food and drink quantities. We never felt like we were running out of anything, and everything was handled so smoothly.

The entire team worked incredibly hard and you could tell they genuinely cared about making everything perfect. The bar staff were fast, efficient, and kept everything moving all night without ever feeling rushed or chaotic.

And Sergio is truly a master with flowers. The florals were UNREAL and honestly beyond anything I could have imagined. They completely transformed the space and were one of my favorite parts of the wedding.
