“This midwestern gal loves a good BPT but they are few and far between here in Central Texas. Checkpoint Germany food truck was at Rentsch Brewery in Georgetown, Tx for Oktoberfest so I decided to try their schnitzel plate. It looked like a breaded pork tenderloin so I took it home and turned it into a sandwich.It was da bomb.Good breading, not greasy, just the right thickness and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes tasted like my Oma's.Highly recommend. And recommend this be sold as a sandwich called the BPT schnitzel. It will attract and satisfy the plethora of Hoosiers and Hawkeyes longing for a taste of home.“
“The server was friendly and very attentive. The food is overpriced for the quality served. This location is in need of a makeover/remodel. The flooring is quite embedded in grease on the grout lines. Jersey Mike's is a far superior deli, Jason's deli is better as well in my family's opinion. Being Texan born, I really want to like Schlotzskys, especially being originally from our Capitol. I do recall the Schlotzsky's I've eaten at in the Austin area were better than the Killeen location. Like most restaurants in the Killeen area, though they miss the mark compared to surrounding cities. Idk what it is about this area, but it's not gourmet or great at the majority of the restaurants in Killeen I've visited. It really doesn't matter whether it's supposed to be high-end or fast food. My best recommendation is to steer clear of eating out in Killeen. That's about as nice as I can be about it unless you're looking for a cleanse.“
“Catered my wedding. The food was gone so fast! Everyone loved it. They were so professional and kind. They were on time. Dropping off and picking up. They even worked with us being as to the fact that we do not eat pork. So dished made normally with pork, were replaced with turkey! I would hire them anytime.“
“Best BBQ in Killeen without a doubt. I normally hate spare ribs but they figured out how to make them fall off the bone tender. Sausage is amazing. BBQ sauce might be what makes everything so good though. Thought they had closed but they just moved from Stan schleuter to w s young and rancier FYI“
“Stopped at this truck for some wings in NFH, asked for him to cook them a bit longer so they were crispy and got the honey hot sauce. That sauce was amazing! The wings were cooked perfectly! Can't wait to order these again when I get back!“
“First and foremost. This family is gifted With putting out amazing barbecue and side dishes. We hired Rossler’s for catering my family’s event. They did not disappoint. I wish they could’ve heard all of the wonderful accolades from our guests on how wonderful their food was.Secondly, Character! They were well prepped, professional, and arrived on time. Here’s a very important part. A portion of our order was not utilized. And when I reached out about it, there was 100% accountability. And I was told by the owner when we were ready for the missing component. To just let them know. Well, it’s been about six months since our event. And we haven’t had a gathering large enough to justify reaching out until this beautiful Easter weekend ahead of us. Not only did the owner Remember us, but he hand-delivered what will be thoroughly enjoyed. come Easter Sunday. It’s hard nowadays to find true customer service, and to be valued as a customer. By this act, it only reinforces that we are committed for any of our functions requiring barbecue that Rossler’s bbq will be our only choice.“
“We tried be’listx at the food truck park on ft. Hood st. It was super good!!! Fresh, juicy, tasty chicken. The smoothies were delicious, as well, and the fries nice and fresh. Even the honey mustard tasted fresh. We were impressed considering it’s chicken. We recommend :)“

“Great Turkey leg! The potato salad is spot on! Should be entered into a competition. Yes it’s that good. I travel all over and have had BBQ in every southern state. This is my favorite type of food. I can’t wait to come back and try more! So now to the reason I gave 4 stars. The Mac and cheese is 95% Mac. Basically noodles with unmelted bits of cottage cheese. So so disappointing. I recommend getting a food processor and shredding your cheese. Also adding cheese... I do a blend of 3 cheeses. If you are going to use cottage cheese make sure it’s one of 3. Then use foil for the baking so it can melt better. Then in your last 15 min take off the foil and put it under broil. We love a crispy top. Maybe longer or shorter depending on your oven. Also when you shred your cheese yourself you can avoid the cement cheese top. Just a tip. We will be back though to try more of your menu. Great business!“
