“Great Turkey leg! The potato salad is spot on! Should be entered into a competition. Yes it’s that good. I travel all over and have had BBQ in every southern state. This is my favorite type of food. I can’t wait to come back and try more! So now to the reason I gave 4 stars. The Mac and cheese is 95% Mac. Basically noodles with unmelted bits of cottage cheese. So so disappointing. I recommend getting a food processor and shredding your cheese. Also adding cheese... I do a blend of 3 cheeses. If you are going to use cottage cheese make sure it’s one of 3. Then use foil for the baking so it can melt better. Then in your last 15 min take off the foil and put it under broil. We love a crispy top. Maybe longer or shorter depending on your oven. Also when you shred your cheese yourself you can avoid the cement cheese top. Just a tip. We will be back though to try more of your menu. Great business!“

“I had a taste for birria tacos and wanted to check out a new spot instead of going to my usual food truck for them. I've passed Tatazo several times, but I finally decided to give them a try. The birria tacos had really good flavor, but they were soggy instead of crispy by the time I got home. It was disappointing, but seeing as they at least had flavor, I powered through and finished them. The consumé helped, and unlike some places, it wasn't just a cup of grease and oil. The horchata was better than a lot I've had in the area, so there are no complaints on that end. I'd try the birria tacos again, but I'd eat them in the car there. I do plan to try other menu items as well. If you like birria and know how hard it can be to find good flavorful birria tacos, I think you'd appreciate these.“
“I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a great place to get a delicious burger from. The staff is always friendly. The burgers are always top notch and you have to try their cheese curds. They are delicious. Crispy fries are getting harder to find. These were crispy without being burnt. Just the right amount of salt. The fish was tender and flavorful. Hushpuppies were the best I've had. Shrimp was cooked perfectly...fried, not dried. No rubber texture. I had the $10 box and it was plenty to fill me up. Ended up sharing with my dog. He loved it, too. We'll be back.“

Checkpoint Germany food truck was at Rentsch Brewery in Georgetown, Tx for Oktoberfest so I decided to try their schnitzel plate. It looked like a breaded pork tenderloin so I took it home and turned it into a sandwich.It was da bomb.Good breading, not greasy, just the right thickness and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes tasted like my Oma's.Highly recommend. And recommend this be sold as a sandwich called the BPT schnitzel. It will attract and satisfy the plethora of Hoosiers and Hawkeyes longing for a taste of home.“

“I went during a break from Army classes at Ft. Cavazos, I had the Philly Cheesesteak with fries and the sweet tea. Apart from being delicious the cheesesteak was huge and and loaded, more so than Subway's subs. What I could not eat, because of its size became my dinner. The fries were Cajun style and also great. The tea was refreshing! It was not too bland were you sometimes have to add more sugar and not too sweet were you cannot taste the tea. It was just right! Very friendly staff! Veteran own.
