“This was a really good event and I hope it gets bigger and better every year. Some constructive criticism is as follows: 1.where the tickets are purchased have a map or list of the Beer vendors so people can rate it and provide feedback, 2. the Music was too loud and one couldn't hold a conversation, 3. Have additional Food trucks, 1truck isn't adequate. Overall it was a great and successful event!!!!“

“I have been to this spot multiple times and I cannot get passed the burgers. best burgers in town. I want to try other things on the menu but its hard passing up the burgers 🤣 My son said the Philly steak and cheese was very good. 10/10“

“This food truck is Puerto Rican through and through — and 100% Gringo-friendly.
Don’t let the Spanish fool you. They speak English, they’re welcoming, and they make sure you’re taken care of. No language barrier, no stress — just ridiculously good food. Will follow this trailer anywhere!
I had the Pollotrami (yes, chicken and pastrami — and yes, it’s incredible). My husband had the Tripleta, stacked with flavor and gone in minutes. These sandwiches don’t play around.
Service? Friendly and fast.
Food? Fire.
The only thing missing was a walk along La Guancha to burn off the damage — but that’s how you know it was worth it.
Don’t overlook this truck. Don’t overthink it. Just go.

“OMG! We drive by here all the time because it's around the corner from our house, and I keep saying to my family that I wanna try it. I should have tried it sooner, I've been missing out! I got a regular taco plate and my daughter looked at me like I was an extreme lunatic because the noise that came out of my mouth after I took the first bite was unidentifiable as a human noise. It was amazing! we finished our plates in the car, we didn't even make it into the house. I just don't recommend driving while enjoying, the enjoyment will overwhelm to the point that you can't even focus on driving. It smelled so good that I just couldn't help myself, I had to try it before I got home! Definitely 5 stars!“

“My love, Shannon goes to Killeen quite often for work. Whenever he goes to Killeen, I insist on him stopping at the roll-up. They're fried rice is to die for, period!! If you love fried rice and can't seem to find good fried rice anywhere around you. Check out the roll-up in Killeen.
