Amazing food truck! Asada taco didn't last long enough to get a picture but it was perfection (amazing flavors, perfectly chopped onions, all fresh ingredients) and birria tacos were so good. Containers, plastic ware, and napkins were high quality, salsa was incredible and she even gave a few of those little Colombina hard candies we came a little earlier than it was opened and she still helped us. Food truck was very clean. I'll be back anytime I'm in town!
Food was great. I can put personal preferences aside to recognize a good taco. I personally would have left the tortilla on the comal an extra minute, they were a little softer than I prefer, but the chorizo reminded me of mexico. Great service as well.

I had a taste for birria tacos and wanted to check out a new spot instead of going to my usual food truck for them. I've passed Tatazo several times, but I finally decided to give them a try. The birria tacos had really good flavor, but they were soggy instead of crispy by the time I got home.
