I don’t drink sodas often, but when I do I am “Built Like a Greek Goddess,” thinking of my “McDreamy” and a “Hawaiian Sunset.” There is something here for everyone! We tried the Bhakari (for the unitiatated, tortillas made from Bajari Flour), Pithala (spiced chickpea flour gravy ), thecha (crushed green chillies), sabudana khichadi (spiced sauted tapioca), Amaras (Sweetened mango pulp), papadi chaat (this one is difficult to explain in few words 😊) and ukadiche modak (sweet steamed dumplings with coconut and jaggery). This food truck is chef Madhuri’s passion for all food and it reflects in her menu. Each item was made perfectly with freshest ingredients and reminded of India. Whenever you are in the Brushy Creek area or are passionate about food like us (we travelled 50 miles just to enjoy this food), stop by Madhuri’s kitchen and just order each item on the menu. You are guaranteed to leave happy with a satisfied soul!“
