She and her team seamlessly ensured our 600+ person event held in the middle of a central Texas ranch was well fed and well taken care of… including nearly 100 of us who had special dietary restrictions or needs. “Absolutely delicious! Eight people in our group, ages 8-43 years and everyone loved their breakfast. Some of the best breakfast tacos/burritos we have ever had. The flour tortillas were to die for. The breakfast plates are pretty big. Couldn’t finish mine but the refried beans ?!! Also the breakfast burritos are a great traditional size, not small, and full of ingredients! We are traveling thru today and so glad we stopped at this food truck! Don’t pass it up, it’s amazing.“
“Had never been here before ! I ordered a chicken potato taco, and let me just say it was amazing! The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The potato wrapping was delicious .Never tasted anything like it. Will definitely be coming back to try out some other things !!“
