“First off absolutely amazing food truck park! Parking was super easy which was a major bonus, loved the atmosphere, they have a canopy over the tables with fans and tvs, definitely kid friendly with a playground and outside toys soccer ball and such, but most impressive was the staff at the truck, they were beyond helpful and friendly. Today was the first day that they sold Birria tacos, so they seemed a little concerned about it but they were some of the best Birria tacos that we've had, they were nice and crispy and full of flavor my 14 yr old son who doesn't like Birria tacos begged me to get more. We will definitely be back to see them 100% worth it!Kid-friendliness: They have a playground, some ride on toys for little kids, corn hole and a soccer ball and football.Wheelchair accessibility: I would say it's wheelchair friendly, there are some wood chips around the table area which may make it a little difficult in that area.“
“Really enjoyed my meal! The food came out super fast, which I always appreciate, but it was super hot and clearly fresh. “Review is for Simpson's BBQ Food Truck, not the actual location if they have one. They were at the HEB Symphony with a bunch of other food trucks. The line was 30+ people deep when we got our food. My partner really wanted reasonably priced barbecue, so here we waited. You can estimate about 1.5-2 minute wait per person (took us about 30 minutes with 20ish people). The prices are very reasonable, but you get what you pay for. The nachos had barely any meat and the meat was dry. It was a respectable amount of nachos that were a good snack or light meal, though, and they were better priced than other food trucks. I'd go for two hot dogs over nachos next time if I wanted to have a meal.An extra star for the nice lady collecting ticket numbers that was patient in explaining customization options while waiting, including lemonade flavors.“
“They do catering at our office and I’m glad they’ve vegetarian option in terms of veggie taco. It has some fajitas, beans, onions, cilantro and cheese to top it with. You can choose flour or corn tortillas for tacos. And it comes with either spicy red salsa or mild green salsa. And lemon wedges. It was good experience.“
“Y'all this is the seafood spot! This is how seafood should be done right here! We had a few different things to share and each was absolutely delicious. That coleslaw is acidic and fresh. Those hush puppies were huge and delicious and shrimp were huge and amazing! We also tried the alligator, fish and crab cake avocado and I'd recommend to give any of them a try! I'm not from Buda but it will be a go to place any time I'm in town! Great job! *clapping hands*“
“Considered some of the best Tacos in Austin by so many! I AGREE! Authentic Mexican Street tacos are what I love. That being said, I must hold you to a higher standard and compare to tacos stands In Houston, San Antonio, and Southern California. It was a Tuesday so I was able to get Tripas and I heard Buche was on point here as well. I requested my Tripas tacos to be “crispy” like I always do. They came over burnt. Fortunately, I like burnt flavors, but not as overwhelming on my Tripas. I picked out some of the more over burnt pieces. I’ll have to give a 3 star for the Tripas Tacos. Buche tacos and the Salsa did redeem the meal.“
“I had the jalapeno cheddar sausage and the spinach feta. These were one of the most delicious things I've had in Austin. They were packed full and very good size for the price. Warm and fresh ingredients flavorful dough. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!“

“We just left a lovely morning spent at Way South watching the kiddos play on the playground, snacking on breakfast tacos and pancakes from Schnitzy’s, and drinking delicious dole whip mimosas. Could not recommend them any more highly - the folks there were so incredibly friendly and the food, drinks, and atmosphere were awesome.“
