“Tried Beaux Southern Seafood for the first time today. I ordered the Basket with oysters and crab cakes. It came with 2 huge fluffy hush puppies, crispy fries and a fresh version of coleslaw. It was delicious and it was more than enough to feed 2 people.“

“Hands down the best tacos anywhere, ever. A real gem in Austin and worth going for a few beers at Nomadic Outpost just for Tacoly Moly's food. Be prepared to wait though, everything is made fresh so it takes 20 to 30 min for the food to come out. Totally worth every minute though. Can't wait to go back!“

“I was sent for work here in Austin from the Waco area and found this gem. Since I'm on a restrictive diet, I googled and found Hippy Eats! I have never had a falafel before but was not disappointed. Jason was nice and easy to talk to and went above and beyond in every aspect of the experience. He even enhanced my falafel with extras (we'll call it a secret menu item for now). The smell of the food from the ride back to work was delicious and the taste was great as well. Thank you Jason for the Austin falafel experience!“

“Incredible, healthy food! The quality was so good and menu included items like organic pork sausage, sugar free bacon, sweet potato cassava waffles, ceremonial matcha and more. Highly recommend for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. If you’re looking for gluten-free (celiac safe), dairy-free, no seed oils, grain-free options, soy-free, refined sugar free, etc, but still want something delicious, this is it! They use avocado oil and ghee. I loved the sweet potato waffle sandwich. The beef curry tacos were amazing too.

“Just tried Song La for the first time today. Shirley was so incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. I spent 3 months in Taiwan before moving to Austin and was craving some Taiwanese fried chicken and this hit the spot. Plus, everything is made to order and comes out super fresh (that said, don't come in a rush, make sure you've got a little time to enjoy their new spot at The Thicket and hang for a bit). Whether you've had Taiwanese food before and are craving it or just want to try some incredible fried chicken in a cool South Austin spot, definitely give them a try. ❤“

“My wife and I visited last Wednesday on our vacation from Minnesota. The brisket was great, the barbacoa was the best I've ever had anywhere. The onion rings were amazing and I don't personally care for onion rings. The jalapeno cheese chorizo was outstanding. As good as all those were the beef ribs were the best most perfect bite of food I've ever had... But what really stood out is the amazing staff from Evan greeting us as we walked in the door to everyone that we met so helpful kind and cheerful! Having worked in the service industry for most of my life it's always a joy to be treated so well!“

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile but normally I already have tacos in my belly when I pass by and see they're open. Today was finally the day.I ordered a tripas, an al pastor and a campechanos. All were very good, but my favorite was the tripas. Their tortillas must be home made. Their corn tortillas were fantastic! Both red and green sauce were delicious, but something about the red sauce makes it my favorite of the two. I think it's the chili they use.I ate the first 3 tacos and the tripas were so good that I had to get 2 more. I don't normally eat 5 tacos during a single sitting, but here we are.Excellent taco truck and I'll definitely be going back!Edit: I've been back a few times, the last being just a few minutes ago. Always friendly service, the food is top notch, and two of us just absolutely stuffed ourselves for $24. I mean we ordered way too much food and couldn't even eat it all. Awesome taco spot FOR SURE.“
