This stand was absolutely amazing! My Husband and I just went and got a quesabirria and birria burrito! WOW! 10/10! the Consume was out of this world, sipped with every BITE! green sauce i’ve never had something like it was very good! red sauce was flaming but very good! all in all recommend 100% you can tell this is his passion and he wears it with pride ❤️

Los Galanes Birrias & Tacos is a food truck that offers some of the best tacos in Austin. Diners praise the birria tacos for their tender meat, flavorful broth, and the consome that accompanies them. The quesobirria with beef is great, and the green sauce gives a kick. Tacos are packed and the tortilla is covered with cheese. Salsa roja has a good kick, while green salsa has good flavor and not much spice. Service is great, and the owner is friendly. Outside seating is available under the stars for a chill setting. Churros are recommended before they sell out. Many reviewers say the quality is very good and the place is great for birria lovers.
