“This is the best Mexican restaurant in Kyle and Buda. When ny husband and I just moved to the area, we were hungry and took a chance on many different restaurants and they all let us down- except for this one. They are the BEST tacos I’ve ever had (and I’m from San Antonio so I know good tacos). The customer service is always amazing, food is always consistent and phenomenal and fresh (fresh eggs, fresh meat, fresh cheese and fresh salsa), the atmosphere is awesome (love how it started out as a food truck in front of her house and now they built a building to seat people).The food price is very fair for the quality of ingredients they use, and it’s actually a lot cheaper than other places in town.Anybody that does not give this place 5 stars does not know food or good people. I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could.Thank you Susie’s for welcoming my husband and I into your home and neighborhood- we will be forever grateful.“

“Been going there since high school after Saturday football practice for breakfast/lunch!!! Took my fiancé their to have her enjoy some really wonderful Mexican food. The original restaurant burned downed :(( The food truck that operates now was still on point in making CASA ALDE my FAVORITE place to eat Mexican food in/around the Austin area!!! Let's help find a way to rebuild Casa Alde a new restaurant in Buda,Texas!!!“

“As a BBQ fan I have eaten at all the well known spots in Central Texas. I have been eating at Louie's for a while now and yesterday they had the best brisket I have ever had. Everything on the menu is great. The place is just a gem.“

“Tejas Birria is a favorite for the quesibirria tacos or the Ramen birria soup and other dishes. It's a shared atmosphere with other food trucks. The dining area is small, and the picnic tables are small as well. There is some shade under the trees, but some of the tables in direct sunlight need to have a pool umbrella, which would make the experience a lot better. The food is always hot, fresh & tasty. The consomé is out of this world.“
