The burger had 1/2lb of ground beef, bacon, hash brown, egg, and cheese. The amount of fries was rather miniscule compared to other places. Besides that everything was great. Wide selection of beer and spirits.Two food trucks were present with one selling coffee products and one selling Mexican style cuisine.“
“We were on an eclipse viewing trip and stayed in Buda while in route. I was really in the mood for steak and my wife was too. We got there Sunday evening at 5pm to beat the dinner crowd. I got a rib eye and the wifey got a filet. Both were cooked to perfection with just a touch of seasoning. The salads were very fresh and tasty. Our server was so attentive and sweet. We had a great meal and enjoyed our visit.Parking: We beat the dinner crowd and parked near the entrance. So problems at all.Kid-friendliness: Good menu selections for the grandkids.“
“Great breakfast tacos! Salsa is a tad too hot for me but that’s okay because everyone else loves the heat! Bonus points for regularly and properly sanitizing the tea containers because this is the only place to get iced tea to go that doesn’t have that slightly off taste that comes from improper cleaning. Also, I order the ribs and brisket as a rare special treat for my fur baby and she has a 5 stars look on her face each and every time! Bonus points for consistent friendly service. Great job y’all!“

“Oh my goodness!!! Distant Relatives has some of the best chicken I've eaten in Texas! The chicken leg quarter with slaw, bread, and peanuts was absolutely tasty!! And the dipping sauce was so delicious and unlike any other sauce I've ever had. Perfectly tangy! You will not go wrong eating here!“
“Delicious! We had only one night in Calgary before our flight and selected this restaurant for dinner. What a lucky surprise, these folks really know how to prepare a meal. My friend loved his beef ribs, and I’m vegetarian so I had the Saag Paneer which was the best I’ve ever had, spicing was perfection. They have a few tables, nothing fancy, and they may be primarily a take-out restaurant, but either way the food is delicious, and they are very friendly people. Highly recommended!“
“Stopped by here after dropping the car off at Enterprise before the airport.We had the brisket and the spare ribs plate with two sides: smoked gouda Mac and coleslaw.He gave me an option of moist brisket or lean brisket. I opted for the unhealthier but more tasty option. It looked like there was a lot of fat but it was actually very very good.If anything, the brisket might have been the tad salty and the the ribs a tad sweet. They have two sauces, one original and one spicy at the tables you can grab and pour on. Honestly, I thought they were good enough without the saucesNo complaints about the sides.I probably wouldn't come back if it except for being really close to Enterprise.Indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside but it got really windy.“
“We love this place and the food truck park it's located in. The brisket is great on it's own, in a sandwich or even in a breakfast taco or on top of their elote. The turkey, sausage and other sides are also great. Lastly, this is a family-run place and they are the nicest people... highly recommend!“

“Ate here on a rainy, cold evening in April. The meats were delicious. Seriously, they were excellent. I really liked the pork ribs and brisket. None of the sides were very good (beans, slaw, elote). The jalapeño cheddar sausage was pretty good (not spicy enough for my taste). The bread was fine.“
