“Woodfire brisket and you can actually taste it! You can smell the fire going as soon as you pull up. Alexander (the owner) was very welcoming and generous. (Sorry the photos are halfway eaten ??) the chopped sandwich was packed full of juicy and smoky cuts, and the straight brisket was nice and thick. The sandwich was not heavy on bbq sauce, but I wouldnt change it, or you'd lose that smoky flavor. Would definitely come here again.“
