“I've been to SM at least once a week, usually twice since they've come to Bastop. Their food has been absolutely fabulous every single time. Not once since I've gone have I had a single complaint. In fact, I was dining in the other day and my 2 year old grandbaby accidentally dumped her macaroni and cheese on the floor. We cleaned it up and gave her something else from our plate. The guy behind the counter saw what happened and came over with a fresh serving of macaroni and cheese on the house. Well above and beyond service. Love this place and will continue to visit often.“

“The BBQ and service here is exceptional, my personal favorites is the Original Beef Sausage, Beef Rib, and Chicken. The beans are some of the best beans you'll find anywhere. Coleslaw and Mac n Cheese are decent. Thank you Kelly, and Nathan for your excellent customer service.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Lab C. The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food… the food is absolutely phenomenal!!! Whether you dine in or take it to go. I get the beef stir fry plate and sub in fried rice. It’s amazing, and I crave it way too often.. Eat here! You won’t regret it!!!“
