Based on reviews, Smokey Mo's BBQ is a fast food barbecue place in Texas. The atmosphere is superb, and the dining area is clean and well maintained. The minute you walk in, you can smell the meat on the grill and are greeted with a welcome and fast, prompt service. The staff is super friendly. The food is excellent and in good quantities. The half chicken with coleslaw and pinto beans is awesome, with tender and tasty chicken that could be 2 meals. The 2-meat plate with pork ribs and burnt pork belly, plus sides of cream corn and mac & cheese, is seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. The Chopped Baker is a good size serving for the price and cheaper than others in town. It is an extremely fair price for an extremely good product for what it is. It is good, just not great like a traditional Texas BBQ joint, but that is exactly what you signed up for.
