“Now I stopped to try, as Im a regular of the other local truck on 20, and all 3 of us in my house were blown away by the tacos! I didnt think breakfast tacos could be better, but these were the best bfast tacos Ive had! The eggs were so fresh and fluffy and the sausage was perfect. I didnt know about the green sauce so will try that next time but the red sauce was amazing too! I cant wait to try the other items now and have already recommended to my family members!!”

“Had to have some type of beef when visiting Texas! The Texas Wagyu looked intriguing since wagyu is typically Japanese related and considered top notch. It was delightfully tasty and the toasted bun added a mild crunchy texture as well. I may have to order before departing!”

(Sorry the photos are halfway eaten ??) the chopped sandwich was packed full of juicy and smoky cuts, and the straight brisket was nice and thick. The sandwich was not heavy on bbq sauce, but I wouldnt change it, or you'd lose that smoky flavor. Would definitely come here again.”

“I was there for a conference and the folks there at the bar were awesome. Matt at the bar had great original twists on classic themes. He's a real mixologist. The other two folks at the bar were super cool too. I can't remember the blond lady's name, but she had an accent and had just moved from Chicago. Everyone was super nice.”

“14 years ago we celebrated our wedding and started our married life at a previous iteration of this restaurant at the Hyatt Lost Pines. This year we happened to be close so we made a special effort to come back to the restaurant and celebrate our anniversary at the restaurant.
We are so glad we did. We were made very welcome and really enjoyed our meal.
The restaurant tables and chairs are very comfortable, but an uncommon problem in most restaurants was that the table for two was quite large and it was difficult to talk across the table. Fortunately our very nice server, who I think was called Kelby, proposed turning the table 90 degrees so we could both sit on the same side. A perfect solution.
Kelby also suggested sharing dishes on the menu and that worked perfectly for us. We started our sharing with an appetizer called The Slice, which was half an iceberg lettuce with a delicious cheese sauce, two halves of a hard blood egg and cherry tomatoes.
We continued our sharing with crab cakes then completed our sharing with a Porterhouse steak for 2 accompanied by fall vegetables and smashed potatoes. All were washed down by generous portions of Scattered Peaks sauvignon blanc and J Lohr Hilltop Cabernet.
It was a delightful meal, we enjoyed our visit to Stories restaurant at the Hyatt Lost Pines a lot.

“First time here and inside the restaurant is clean and cool to dine in. I came here to order breakfast which they do not serve it, but the young lady working the counter saw how much I wanted to order it for my dad . so she made an exception. Now that I know they don’t serve breakfast, of course I won’t ask for it again, but I was having a bad experience at another taco truck so and went there so I would of understood if they couldn’t make breakfast. But I was deeply moved that she took it upon herself to go above and beyond to make sure that I left their establishment happy. I’m very happy! The food is for my dad and it meant a lot to me that she came through for me in such a positive way. Thank you to the lady taking my order and going above and beyond.
