“I have always wanted to try this place but could never catch it open. I finally did. It’s a no frills place with the owner working the counter. I had brisket, ribs and sausage. I got the beans as a side. The brisket was nothing special and was ok. A little dry. Maybe got there too late as it was a little dry. The ribs were very good and were seasoned excellent. The sausage was good as well. The beans were ok but could have used a little more spice for my taste. Prices are good compared to others in the area. Will try it again.“
“If your looking for old time BBQ pit cooking this is the place. Awesome brisket, sausage, beans, potato salad. Lime I said old school place does not look like much but if your around welder texas stop in. They start serving BBQ at 11 am Monday thur Friday until gone so get there early. ?“
