For a grocery store, barbecue joint, can’t beat it! Gotta try the bread, pudding and pulled pork mac & cheese.
The food was just spectacular. I had the BEST Texas BBQ… I recommend the pulled pork!!!

True Texas BBQ in Kyle H‑E‑B offers spectacular Texas BBQ. The pulled pork is the best and highly recommended. Service is fast, friendly and attentive. The staff are kind and go above and beyond, making guests feel welcome. Thursday nights feature free music bingo that is fun. Many guests enjoy the 2 meat plate, Karen ribs, brisket sandwich, sausage, beans, and chicken tenders, which are tender and hands down the best. The Biscoff vanilla pudding is a MUST try. The restaurant has an interesting selection of sides, and the food is great. The environment is homey, but the tables and bathrooms could be cleaner. Many customers come for grocery shopping and then stay to eat. Overall, True Texas BBQ delivers authentic, genuine service that compliments the perfect food cooked for hours. It is a highly recommended spot for Texas BBQ lovers.
