“Had breakfast here we arrived at 9:45am and sat down immediately. Servers were very attentive and the food was great! We had a Caldo De Camaron and a Menudo. My Caldo de Camaron was great, reminded me of the one my grandma used to make for us in Bejucos, Mexico just missing the carrots. Menudo was great my husband said, I also noticed how it did not have hominy in it and that’s is how it is made in Mexico as well. We order 2 tacos to go and my daughter loved them. Definitely would recommend this place to my family and friends.“

“We just moved here to the great state of Texas and have been looking for some great authentic Mexican food.. we stumbled upon this Taco joint by accident. I am glad that we did.. because the food here is AMAZING and their Agua Fresca is the best I have ever had..my wife had the chicken tostada.. the chicken had just the right amount of flavor.. so good!! I ordered 3 different kinds of tacos (bistec, fajita, and pork) each of them with corn and flour tortillas and all were amazing.. but I do favor the flour tortillas a bit more!! This is definitely going to be our #1 spot for sure!“

“This place is absolutely awesome. The bartenders are super friendly, the atmosphere is so welcoming. I’m a big fan of their outdoor seating with a fire pit, lots of beautiful lights & screens. They have various games like ping pong & corn hole that’s just so entertaining. Their new menu is just delicious too! As a new resident of Buda TX, this is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening out with friends or alone 🤗✨.“

“I haven't had authentic Mexican food in soooo long!!! This place has it all! Good is delicious and looks so good, service is great! They really cater to your needs, and the people that visit are sooo nice. They all say good morning and I think it's the atmosphere. Food really brings people together. It was packed when we came at 8, but steady stream of people flow in, so get there early.
Vegetarian options: Has salads and can make any plate without meat.
Parking: It's next to a gas station with ample parking“

“I visited my son who lives in Buda and decided to try MaCoco's Restaurant ❤️ Emily provided excellent service and has the best smile. I ordered the Chile relleno which was over a tortilla that I never tasted before and it was delicious. My son had the fish tacos and the style is unique and tastes great.“

“Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.“

“This place has a very friendly and welcoming environment. This was my first time here. I was impressed with the size of the menu, considering the size of the trailer. The lady in the window was very friendly and helpful and made a recommendation. So I ended up ordering the gordita plate and a torta with barbacoa. The order took about 10 minutes but it was worth the wait. My food was really hot and I was impressed with the quantity and quality. I would recommend this place to anyone 5 out of 5. Also try the mex. Cheese Burger.“
