They dina great job with balancing their spice with flavor. I'm a big fan of spice, as long as it doesn't mask or impact the flavor. They do a good job at warning people that the Hot Gai is spicy. When I got the tingly nugs, I thought they'd burn my face off. They were pleasantly balanced with the flavor while still being SPICY. They papaya salad is nice and savory and a good way to balance out and take a break from the spice.
Hands-down the best food truck food I’ve had in Austin. The chicken was great and the spicy sides (Som Tam and Spicy Pickles) were absolutely excellent! Easy ordering from a kiosk inside the adjacent brewery made for ideal service and good atmosphere even in rainy weather.

We ate the classic nugs, they have a delightful sweet Thai sauce and come with a nice dipping sauce. The portion is quite large for the price and they got the order out really quickly. The breading is crispy but not hard. We were very much more than satisfied!
