“These were very good. Extra crispy for both the beed and potato samosa. Service was also fantastic with this being a food truck.

As a NYer I am used to heartier samosas which is why I removed a star but the flavor and crispness were there.

“We ordered El Pollo Rico online through DoorDash. It was amazing! Just like their title, “the delicious chicken,” is my new favorite local spot to get whenever we come to Austin. Unfortunately, I did not take picture of my food because I was hungry, but it truly was delicious. I never had a flavorful and grilled chicken like theirs. Not to mention, their green sauce—chef’s kiss. Rice and beans come with it and it didn’t disappoint. Awesome and I truly recommend it.“

“I had ordered a delivery and it’s nowhere to be found. Now I’m stuck on hold with their support.

Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to their support only to hear they have to contact the store. And my food is still nowhere to be found and is probably cold by now.

This has been a terrible experience and there is nothing anyone can do. Support can’t do anything and there is not any other recourse if they mis-deliver your food. You will just have to sit and wait.

“We went to a show at Drinks Backyard, and none of the food trucks inside had gluten free options. This truck behind the venue had a couple of options, and the potato was delicious. It is a large portion and a reasonable price. Service was very fast. They are cash only and Spanish speaking, so come prepared!“

Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.“

“This is the Chick-fil-A location I stop by the most because its right in the middle of campus, but its almost always super busy so you are in for a wait especially around times people get out of class. Located in the SAC, there is a lot of traffic through the building so it gets pretty loud while you are waiting in line and sometimes it feels like the line isn't moving but the workers here move as quickly as possible. Due to the lengths of the line I cant help but feel like I am going to be waiting forever but I think that I've never really waited over 10-15 minutes max as my longest wait time over the years. I also can't help but feel that the menu here looks a bit smaller than it would at one of the normal chain restaurant Chick-fil-As but they always have what I want so I can't really complain. Also, this Chick-fil-A is a Tapingo partner so I can order my food through an app and just come and pick it up which is super convenient and I have come to rely on this method even though it incurs a small service fee. The seating here is also kind of crazy because its part of a food court in a heavily trafficked area so be prepared to potentially not find seating after getting your food. It's overall never been a bad experience for me to grab a quick meal here so if you have upwards of 15 minutes to spend on getting food then I would just recommend coming here and grabbing it on your way home or to your next class.“

“Very good location & customer service is on point. Chicken is always hot & juicy - super fresh. One time during a crazy rush, pickles were put on the wrong sandwich on my order & they not only remade the meal but gave me a free drink as well. Staff is so nice“

I must say, being a chef and a person that serves, the service was immaculate and the food was simply amazing. Service was fast, cashier was very courteous, friendly & patient. The order did not come out correctly, however, the gentleman that waited on us was very quick to correct the order. Wow! What an amazing staff that was behind the counter. Everyone that was behind the counter began to pitch in when the dining room began to fill. I didn’t see anyone in particular instruct the staff to do that. I noticed that saw a need and filled it. “This was my first time in to pick up. I always order through Favor I believe, or 1 of the delivery apps. Jordan was there and gave me a great customer experience. His hospitality was incredible....we had a large order and he helped me to the car! Food was amazing as usual... the Jalapeño Fish Salad is a favorite and their Fried Chicken is hands down, best in town. Thank You Jordan and Halal Wings for a great lunch today!“

“Servers were very kind. Sat us and took our order at the table. We even had a robot deliver our food to our table. They have a playground. My son absolutely loved it. He has asked to go back specifically to this location multiple times. It’s way out of the way of us but we stop when we are on the way out of town to visit family.“
