Everything was great and the staff was super friendly!
Back to school shopping plus tax free weekend made it a little crowded. However, the wait time for our mobile order was less than 10 minutes. Frie dly staff, fresh hot food. This Chic fil A is located on the upper level in the food court next to JD, across from the upper level entrance to JC Penny. Would definitely come back the next time am shoping at Barton Creek Square Mall.

Chick-fil-A is fast, reliable, and well-serviced. The staff is very friendly and extremely fast, invariably greeting guests when they arrive. The location often has a long line, but it moves fast. Ordering through the app makes it easier. The food is great and perfect; it isn't too hot or too cold. Specific favorites include the spicy regular chicken sandwich, which always tastes exactly how one anticipates, and the fries, which are perfect. The cookies and cream shake is a favorite, though it occasionally tastes as if it's nothing but straight milk. Meals for kids come with fruit, which can be a favorite part. The cob salad is available with a choice of dressings. There are free sauces to try. The restaurant is perfect, with vegetarian options noted. It is kid-friendly and has wheelchair accessibility. Parking is noted as not available. While service is generally friendly, one interaction with a cashier regarding salad dressing choices was less helpful, though another staff member jumped in to assist. A manager was also noted as very nice and calm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
