“I will never go into this Popeye’s location ever again. Disgusting, dirty, horrible service inside. Most of the people in there were either on drugs or insane. Half the sodas were out, no lids. All they care about is the drive-thru, no desire to take care of things in the dining area. I tried to find some water to clean the mess & dried catsup off my table, but there was some homeless guy in the bathroom with his dog (yes, dog in the restaurant). So I tried to get water from the soda fountain, but water wasn’t dispensing. Line of people 10 deep, no one taking orders in front. People were getting rude and irritated. One guy got kinda hostile and mouthy. It took 30mins to get my order...and I had to ask them for it. My mashed potatoes were not warm, but the chicken sandwich was awesome.“

“I don't know why I like Popeyes so much, but I regularly eat 3-5 chicken tenders with Mardis Gras Mustard.
Service is always slow. They do one car at a time in the drive thru and ignore me when I walk inside to the counter. I always order on the app ahead, but plan on waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to hand me the food that was already made.
This isn't exclusive to this location, so I assume it's part of their standard operating procedures to be generally inefficient.
I'm going to continue to eat here regularly, but I know what to expect when it comes to the service.“

“I walked in today with some of my friends for a quick bite to eat. We were in a hurry so we placed it to go, however, an issue occurred upon us getting our food. Almost immediately I dropped it in the ground by accident, and the worker dropped instantly to clean it all up. He offered to replace everything and even add on some as compensation. The service here is truly immaculate and we will be returning, well done Gabe!!! ( and the rest of the popeyes crew)“

“Before I begin, I’m already a huge fan of Cane’s, but this experience furthered my opinion to INSURMOUNTABLE proportions.

A few months ago, a buddy of mine from out of town and I got in the drive-thru of Cane’s and ordered a box combo and 3 finger combo. However, pulling up to the window, the car in front of us left. So we pulled up and the workers asked if we got two caniacs, which we didn’t. I asked if they had extra food from the people in front of us, and requested taking their extra order off of their hands. At the end of the day, we had our orders and drinks, and I had 2 EXTRA Caniac Combos and A Cup of Sauce for NO EXTRA cost. I’m just glad I could be of service to the location by keeping their kitchen running and not letting an order go to waste! 11/5 ⭐“

“I came in and it was busy for people not being in eating I guess a lot of people order to go. I ordered the two scoop plate with the sweet pickles and eggs and the bbq scoop they are called Olivia’s Old South and Barbie Q they were soooooo good! As a bariatric patient it’s easier to eat this cause it’s not SUPER chunky the consistency is nice and the grape salad and pasta were great also I was able to finish the grape salad would love to take a big bowl home with me. The staff were nice and attentive and the lady at the register gave me a good amount of crackers when I asked for extra and the pickle was crispy food was fresh and tasty will for sure return don’t forget to download the app for rewards I forgot 😞“

“I had ordered a delivery and it’s nowhere to be found. Now I’m stuck on hold with their support.

Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to their support only to hear they have to contact the store. And my food is still nowhere to be found and is probably cold by now.

This has been a terrible experience and there is nothing anyone can do. Support can’t do anything and there is not any other recourse if they mis-deliver your food. You will just have to sit and wait.

“We went to a show at Drinks Backyard, and none of the food trucks inside had gluten free options. This truck behind the venue had a couple of options, and the potato was delicious. It is a large portion and a reasonable price. Service was very fast. They are cash only and Spanish speaking, so come prepared!“

Lee was extremely helpful in the planning stages. He answered every question with care and patience. We would like to thank entire Flaming Bird/Deli team for their help. We knew we were in good hands and had no issues in the delivery process. Our guests raved about the food and many said it was the best meal they've had at a wedding in a long time!

I must say, being a chef and a person that serves, the service was immaculate and the food was simply amazing. Service was fast, cashier was very courteous, friendly & patient. The order did not come out correctly, however, the gentleman that waited on us was very quick to correct the order. Wow! What an amazing staff that was behind the counter. Everyone that was behind the counter began to pitch in when the dining room began to fill. I didn’t see anyone in particular instruct the staff to do that. I noticed that saw a need and filled it. I saw this the other day and had a craving for chicken so I finally ordered it. I wanted to try that and I will be making an order to try there wings!!!
