“I ordered ahead and used the drive thru for pickup. Despite being a very busy time, everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. They are very efficient and the line moved faster than I expected. The runners to the cars were also great. The food quality is always super consistent and too notch. I find the ordering process simple and the portion sizes are what I want as well. Cost is a bit more at Chick-Fil-a although it’s with good reason given their product is much better and so is their service. I don’t mind paying a bit more for a positive experience. Thanks for your great customer service and tasty food!“

This is among the few places left that have quality customer service. The chicken is great but the staff is even better. Friendly, polite, and attentive. The dining lobby is always clean, condiments on the tables are stocked and clean as well. The food prep area is always clean too! Even on busy days/nights! The price is more than fair when comparing to other local chicken spots. And the location is great. Also one of the few if not only place in town that serves gizzards and livers! This place rocks. 10 starts. Update 0709 still the best!“

The Popeyes off 620 in Round Rock is truly one of the best-run locations I’ve ever visited. Every single time I come here, the team greets me with genuine smiles and positive energy. My orders are always fresh, hot, and perfectly accurate—consistency you don’t find often these days.

Keily, Suyapa, Rolando, and Zachariah deserve a special shout-out for their friendliness and great customer service. They don’t just take your order; they actually care—asking how my day and family are doing, which makes every visit feel personal.

The one thing I suggest is for the TVs to maybe show cartoons, sporting events or short shows - just a thought.

The restaurant is spotless, from the dining area to the bathrooms, and the food tastes just as good as it looks. It’s rare to find fast food with this level of warmth and pride in what they do. Round Rock’s Popeyes on 620 is a true gem.“
