“This brewery has some of the great beers. I tried the Ghost Pepper IPA and it was just amazing. The bartender is very friendly person and he offered few beers for taste as well as gave some single cans. When I am in RoundRock area I will surely stop by for tasting more beers from this brewery.“
“I love going here to get some work done or just to chill. The owner is very nice and the staff are friendly as well. The specialty drinks are good too, though I have yet to try them all.Parking: Parking is better on the weekends when you can use the bank lot. Otherwise, I suggest using other modes of transportation if possible.“
“First time being here. Wanted to try a new coffee place. It is a small shop with a drive thru. Customer service was amazing. She knew it was my first time and help me with ordering a drink. There one table to sit inside and a small merch area if you want to purchase a shirt or coffee ground/beans. Remember to get a stamp card if you decide to come back.“
“The bro-ista who took my order was great as was the bro at the window. I liked that they offered stickers for driving so they don't spill in the car, and straws to make drinking the iced coffees easier. They have decaf coffee and espresso as well. The golden eagle is my favorite.“
“Quiet, clean, and nice.My partner and I stayed with our two dogs in 'the green room' overlooking the nearby creek. The room itself was spacious and modern in design. The bed was large and comfortable and the lighting was great. The bathroom was also modern in design and had a great shower that got really hot water.Within the room my only complaint was that the radio did not work and that the curtains leading to the small patio did not have a sheer panel to let some light in and obscure the room. Just know at night if you tried to leave the door open, out in the rural area of Round Rock, there will undoubtedly be some bugs that want to room with you too but this was not a huge problem.Though we did not use all the amenities the nearby bar had a good selection of offerings and the outdoor pool looked inviting. The 24 hour gym is a great feature which looked like it would be able to accommodate an ample workout routine. This hotel is within walking distance (about a ten minute walk) from the downtown which has a lot of entertainment options.Lastly the service was standout. The ability to text the front desk offered a more reserved and still personal option to acquire more towels or utensils. All in all this is a nice place and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.“
“The few workers I’ve experienced were absolutely exceptional they’ve always made me feel welcomed and very patient as well as helpful when ordering. Even though this place is a little far from where I live I will always make the drive to experience the amazing hospitality I receive. 100% would recommend coming here as they’ve never messed up my drink, always make it fast, and make me feel at home! I practically feel like best friends with them after meeting them once and can’t wait to come again with my family and other friends!“
“This is our go to comfort food place with the friendliest staff in town. We usually share the large fish and chips with a couple of beers. The cheeseburger is great too though make sure you ask for medium rare. It's a fantastic place to eat, drink and watch a race or other sporting event.“
“We're in Austin on vacation and stopped in at 1119pm Saturday night after leaving the rodeo, they closed at 1130. The employee came outside to meet us at the menu and go through options and explain the menu to us, and was nothing but exemplary. The ice cream is delicious, and customer service really exists in Texas. I can't wait to go again“
“Consistently good beer and good service. They recently expanded their space so they have an indoor area now when it's a million degrees outside (or cold, as I write this review). They usually have a good mix of German style beers as well as other styles. I like their hefe and Vienna lager are all good. The owner is really nice and have always been great in the community.Plenty of parking and in an industrial area. They don't serve food but have rotating food trucks.“
“Review Update: BRING CASH (Dropped one star)We visited with our daughter for some apps and drinks on Sunday. On Monday I called in to ask why the extra charge of nearly $100? They advised that it was a 'temp hold' added when opening a tab and should 'fall off in 24 to 48 hours'. Today, was surprised to find the pending charge of $99.76 is STILL on my account 2 days later. I get that you want to mitigate for deadbeats vagabonds and scallywags, but this could be a serious game changer for folks on a tight budget. I strongly advise customers to BRING CASH to avoid Brass Tap holding onto such a large amount of money for more than 1 day. Also, recommend to first eat elsewhere; The Taps' once scrumptious and unique selection of hors d'oeuvres and goodies has become 18th century brig chow at best; much different qualtity than when they re-introduced their menu a couple years back: Korean Nachos, used to be our favorite. Salty thick sticky sauce, state fair cheap chips... simply overpriced and just 'meh'. (chicken wings were the star; at least edible to be fair).--Previous Review .. indeed still stands, overall--Such a fun place. I love to try beers that just can't be found elsewhere... The patio outback is fun too! These homies even sell decent cigars!“
“Forgot my wallet at home when picking up to-go order for me and my son. Great employee saved the day by showing how to QR code pay with my phone since they don’t have Apple Pay, instead of giving up and making me drive all the way home. She saved the day. I believe her name was Grainger?“
“I feel so bad I didn’t get her name but the awesome girl who rung me up for my coffee was so incredibly kind!! 10000/10 customer service everytime I come here everyone is so friendly. But to the girl in the grey sweatshirt that spotted me for my coffee cause I’m a broke college student, YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!! I really hope the managers or whoever is in charge of pay sees this and rewards her because if it weren’t for her I’d be going to PreCalculus with 4 hours of sleep and no caffeine“
“It’s kinda pricey is my first impression. Drive thru or walk up only. Nice peeps. Customers get a free sticker (different every week) on Wednesdays. The sticker today is to commemorate the double Eclipse this week that creates an “X” over America; crosses the one from 2017 and this happens every 200~300 years. I ordered an ice blended. Chocolate is mild and not overly bitter or sweet. It’s a fine ice; similar to very fine sand; milkshake consistency. Overall: I like it. But for my particular drink, it almost reached $8 with a $1 tip. No added frills or options. Size Medium.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free is available.“
“Service always great, food even better. Tex mex at it best for around Round Rock. I keep going back for seconds if that says anything. Staff does a fenominial job of getting the stuff right the first time. Even when they are busy, service is quick, hot, and fast.“
“Please get a crew that understands English fluently, It’s frustrating having to repeat my order two-three times hoping that my entire order is correct. This includes returning home after an extremely long and exhausting day of work to find my orders not exactly HOW AND WHAT I ORDERED.“
“I went here to meet up with my co-workers. Was my first time trying it out. The meal and the company was top notch. The menu had good solid choices of familiar southern recipes. I got the herb crusted red snapper with asparagus and it was outstanding. If I was to describe it in a few words, I'd call it earthy Southern high-end cuisine. All the flavors that I remember from the best family gatherings and cookouts were there. You know, like that Uncle or Dad that marinades his meats for 24 hours and has the best barbecue that gets everyone taking. It's like that. Try the bacon wrapped quail. Rice was perfect. Brings back memories. Positive feedback for every dish at the table, good meal.“
“We could not have had a better experience with the people, food, and location. I have dietary restrictions and the manager personally was overseeing our orders and everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the covered outdoor eating area. The food was great and was served quickly and accurately. I wish I'd caught the name of the manager but, if it helps identify him, on top of his customer service skills he had a great handshake and a fantastic beard.Dietary restrictions: They were very conscientious and knowledgeable about ingredients when asked.“
“Went today with our 5 kids and man oh man did we LOVE IT! I got the smash burger and it was MOUTH WATERING my husband got the sweet heat burger and if it was socially acceptable to lick the plate he would have! My kids all ate their food wonderfully! “The best grilled cheese EVER” was a topic of conversation while on the drive back home! We sat out on the patio to enjoy the spring weather everyone was nice and attentive 10/10 definitely will be back!“
“Love this place. Excellent food and service. The atmosphere is very nice as well, but simple and modern--I like it better when they have murals or paintings/pictures of the homeland. They give you fresh rolls with dinner--real butter. The veal was very tender. The pasta slightly adente. They also allowed us to customize our order.Parking: They are in a shopping center where there is plenty of parking.“
“Going to Sabor Colombia has been an experience. I went there with my family for dinner. Eliana greeted us as soon as we came in and the service was great throughout. We ordered the empanadas as appetizers and all 5 of us went with the Bandeja Paisa. It is just so delicious. We decided to take some dessert home and share. We are so full and happy.I can't praise this restaurant enough. Service and food are just amazing. We'll be coming back for sure.-Anna“
“This was our first time eating here and we were pleased with the food and the atmosphere. They have a great offering of burgers and bowls that are head and shoulders above your typical burger place. We were able to get our burgers without the bun and instead in a bowl of Brussel sprout leaves! I’ve never heard of that before so of course I tried it. ??? It was more than I could eat but I was greedy and did what we big guys do… ? My wife couldn’t finish hers and was only able to eat about half. We ordered the nacho fries which were really good and were enough to share. That didn’t get finished either… as much as I hate wasting food and/or money… ? I have zero complete about this place and was happy to find out there’s one in Houston! Needless to say we’ll be heading back real soon to try some more of those specialty burgers… ???“
“This place is named Tru Boba Cafe, not Banh mi ngon that Google has it currently labeled as. I submitted an edit with pics. The pork Bahn mi was delicious, crispy toasty roll, and slightly sweet sauce and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Small curb ramps from car park to store front sidewalk, and no step into the shop.“
“My wife and I have wanted to visit and finally just did and damn glad we did. Sat on a nice patio with breeze and nice sky and sunset views around a massive oak tree. Reuben, the manager took care of us extremely well. We chose a couple different glasses that he gave great views on and was right on the money. The white truffle popcorn with butter, Parm and parsley was great but Danielle's pizza was awesome. Chatted with Ruben once done and he made us want to become regulars here. Met owners Danielle and Jeff, and complimented both on the food. Looking forward to our next visit for the Good Stock dinner with wines event. This place is a local gem and so glad we finally "discovered" it!!!!“
“My husband and I eloped in late October and had a reception in early November 2022. We shopped around for a couple food trucks to cater our party and ended up choosing Takavron. From the first email, Ken and Rodrigo were extremely responsive with all of my questions. They invited us to do a tasting where we got to try out each taco and their chips and queso. We ultimately went with the option to have all you can eat, and chose the specialized pirata taco to be included on our menu. The whole night was a success and our guests loved the food! Rodrigo brought a small food truck and just parked it in our driveway, no cooking, cleaning, or mess for us at all - we loved it! Highly recommend for your catering needs and we've visited their truck at the Crossover a few times after our party as well. Great team to work with!“
“Great if you have little kids. I wish we had something like this when my kids were little. Food is basic but good. Cobb salad with no blue cheese? Is that a Texas thing? I like the way they serve the frys in a little standup square bag.For special diets: Keto bowl, veggie bean burger, gluten free buns and Lettuce wrap. Checks all the boxes.PS fry sauce was invented in Utah (not Idaho).Dietary restrictions: Keto bowl, veggie bean burger, gluten free buns and Lettuce wrap. Checks all the boxes.“
“My wife and I discovered this place about 3 weeks ago. Since then we have been 5 more times. It is one of the most underrated Mexican food restaurants in Round Rock. I have yet to have something bad on the menu. The Mexican martinis are just as good. We watched them make them in front of us and you definitely get your moneys worth! (The girl that works behind the bar everytime we have been in is awesome!)I’m so glad we discovered this place and now have a weekly go to for Mexican food and drinks.“
“Came across a social media recommendation for this spot and figured it'd be a perfect family outing. Let me tell you about the Dirty Mac and Cheese, it's hands down the best thing I've tasted all year—cheesy, spicy, and the chicken just melts in your mouth. The chicken sandwich was solid too, generous portions and full of flavor. Same goes for the tenders. However, the spice levels seem a bit off. What they call "hot" feels more like a medium. Compared to Dave's Hot Chicken, it's not quite there. But I'd definitely return just for that Dirty Mac and Cheese.“
