I've made this my daily coffee place over the last year even though there is a closer location. I did so because in general the staff is really friendly and work hard to remember their customers and their orders.For some reason. The weekend crew is always behind. I don't know if corporate doesn't allow enough hours to staff appropriately on weekends, or its due to lack of motivation. But the lines and drive-through queue are always super long. Just passing through before the start of a roadtrip. Friendly folks working the drive-thru. Open before 8am. Everything with my order came out correctly— that’s all you can ask for!
You expect chain restaurants and coffee shops to deliver food and service at a consistent standard. However that can vary depending upon geography and local quality control practices. The Starbucks on Louis Henna was often a go-to place when I was living temporarily in Round Rock.
