Please: blonde espresso and regular espresso are like night and day, please know the difference and when we request blonde, we want blonde; it’s smoother, lighter and less acidic. The regular is wayyy more acidic , robust and dark in color. I don’t know how many times this has happened to me at a Starbucks. Today it Happened here. This happens like at least 50% of the times I’ve ordered a triple shot blonde espresso with cream. I let it go sometimes, but it’s hard when I’m having to pay out $5 for a drink I didn’t order that gives me heartburn. Please please please, other than that service and quality of coffees are adequate.

I got an iced shaken expresso , I would be okay if it were half filled with ice as I did not say light ice when ordering .but to have ice filled up to the decaf sign on the large drink is a bit overboard . I’m not coming here anymore . If I wanted ice I would pay $1.50 at QT , not $7 at Starbucks. Point is . I was sold Ice when I asked for coffee . 70% ice and 10% coffee and 20% syrup . Gotta do better .

The music is WAY too loud.I wasn't able to get my drip coffee for a solid 8 minutes after I ordered it. Normally they would have poured it right when I placed the order. To put it in perspective, my egg bites were done at least 3 minutes before my drip coffee was given to me. I guess I should just sit in the drive-thru in my running vehicle......I do NOT recommend.
Be prepared to have an ice water coffee, and when they remake it it’ll be mostly milk and ice. Then say. Well do you want more drizzle?? Are you serious? I came for ice coffee not ice milk or water. Meanwhile you’re waiving at the dark window trying to get someone’s attention about your order. So not customer

Bought some hot coffee and brought it home. I ordered it with extra cream and sweetner.The coffee had neither ; it was purely black.I look forward to my Starbucks to start my morning. I was upset with getting what I did not order. This ruined my morning.
