“My first encounter was dinner brought to me from a friend after I had surgery. When I was finally able to get to the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised at what they offered. THH has a bigger menu than I expected. Pancakes, breakfast tacos, lunch plates and much more. Recently I was at a women’s event and it was catered by THH. They did an amazing job serving 120 ladies and can also do smaller events like bridal/wedding parties for morning of events. They also sponsored a 5k run we had. Rob and his crew are great to work with. 👍🏻👍🏻“

“A delightful laid-back counter service eatery serving fresh salads, bowls and wraps. Produce served by the Flower Child are sometimes organic. Their produce and fruit buying is guided by “the dirty dozen” list and presumably also by “The Clean Fifteen” (ask your AI app what these are)
In any case the Flying Avocado wrap I had contained roast turkey, Gouda, romaine, tomato, avocado and hummus. It was delicious. My daughter had a delightful vegetarian salad and my wife ate a delicious Mediterranean chicken kabob bowl. They both drank water and then finished with chocolate chip cookies. I drank a draft IPA.
We sat outside on their covered patio and enjoyed the spring weather and though the restaurant is a little far from our house in Pflugerville, I’m sure we will be back.

She was amazing and went above and beyond during our visit on 3/1/25!! She had such a great attitude and did a fantastic job handling our large order that included a regular & large yogurt as well as a few Take Home Yogurts since we are from San Antonio! As she was helping us with our order, about 4-5 customers walked in. She was calm, fast, efficient, and all with a smile on her face. She knocked out everyone’s orders while providing a great experience. This is our favorite Frozen Yogurt and Pinkberry location and we love to drive to Austin when we can because we love the great service and amazing yogurt. That being said — tonight might have been the closest to first I’ve ever had. “I swung by Terry Black’s this morning to pick up a big order of barbecue to take to friends in California, because they need to know what the very best barbecue in Texas tastes like. ❤️⁣ ⁣ Chad, Sharon, and Kait were so helpful behind the counter, making sure everything was wrapped perfectly for a travel cooler and ready to survive a flight, complete with reheating instructions for when it arrived.⁣ ⁣ What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. They took the time to visit with me, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. We ended up having some great conversations, and they even let us sample a few things before we decided exactly what to order.⁣ ⁣ The food is phenomenal, but the people are what make you want to come back. Texas barbecue is about more than brisket, it’s about generosity and making people feel welcome, and this team absolutely nailed it. “Just completed a tour of the Central Texas Barbecue Scene. Visited Snow's BBQ-Lexington, Louie Mueller-Taylor, Kreus Market, Smitty's and Black's-Lockhart, The Salt Lick- Driftwood and Franklin's in Austin. It was great seeing the venues and the family history at these historic sites. I visited Franklin's in the past and felt it was the best brisket I had ever eaten in my life. I am a skeptic when it comes to famous barbecue joints. I must say that Franklin's BBQ was far superior to all of the restaurants I visited with no one even a close second. Aaron's attention to detail from the service, choice of briskets, the cook, the wrap, the holding and even the slicing of the final product is evident in every aspect of his trade. I was lucky enough to run into him at the restaurant and he happily talked BBQ with me. Franklin's may not have the long history of muti-generational BBQ in Central Texas, but he has figured it all out at a level that I have yet to see equaled by the best venues in the country. This is a bucket list restaurant for those who really enjoy BBQ. It is well worth the wait in line“

“Carpenter Hall allows for an elevated experience with a casual coziness. The indoor dining space is beautifully designed and the outdoor seating lies within a lovely patio.

They have some of the best customer service we’ve experienced, felt from the moment you walk through the door to the time you get up to leave. Each of the server’s recommendations were delicious, especially the pretzel biscuits!

We came with our, admittedly anxious, pup. Every member of staff who interacted with her was warm and kind, and it really touched us that despite her barks they remained patient.“

“INCREDIBLE. The baristas are ACTUALLY knowledgeable about coffee. It’s a true coffee spot with attentively to origin, roast, extraction.

I’m always worried about ordering lattes with sweetener bc they can be so overly sweet, but the miso brown butter latte with oat milk was perfectly balanced. It had a hint of sweet without sweetness being The Flavor of the drink.

Their asada tacos were good but their pastor tacos is where it's at. If I was on death row, those tacos would be my last meal. My mentor brought me to T-Loc’s after a tough week and since, it’s become one of my favorites! I’d never had a Sonoran hotdog or anything like it and couldn’t believe I’d been missing out! I love this place so much that I hired T-Loc’s to cater a private, professional event in October 2024 and I don’t have enough positive things to say. Miguel and his team are incredibly professional, timely and efficient. This was my first event to plan and execute all on my own and naturally, when last minute obstacles popped up, Miguel stepped in and he quite literally saved the day.
