“Busy and lively restaurant, with great customer service and scratch made food. I went for one of their specialty brunch tacos, along with their version of a pig in a blanket (slices of ham wrapped inside of a pancake). The Mrs. went for an egg BLT. The BLT did come dressed with mustard, which did come to a surprise, but she overall enjoyed it.I enjoyed my pig in a blanket, as the pancake tasted great and overall a good portion of food. I was however not too thrilled about the specialty taco, as the brisket chunks were dry. Every other component was exceptional though. In the end, I recommend.4.5/5“

“Clark's is such a special spot. I personally don't love sitting inside because they have such a cozy little patio and I love sitting out there on a cool evening as the sun begins to set. It's surrounded by trees, warm lights, and neon signs. But we snagged a last minute reservation and all that was available was standard seating. They really set the mood as the evening progresses with the tea light candles and dimmed lights. We were greeted and seated immediately. Carrie was our waitress and she was friendly, attentive, warm and so easy going. It had been a while since I had dinner here but I knew I wanted crudo plate, it is probably my favorite item from the cold bar. Clark's is a treat. If you're on vacation in ATX, it's a must. Or on any day where you feel like having the freshest, delectable seafood.“

The waitress was nice just didn't like she kept taking things (plates) away without notification or asking if we were done with it I understand the place gets packed and need to move along the parties but my brother wasn't done with his marinara sauce and a few bites of his appetizer, and my son was still playing with the dough ball that was given to him to keep him busy, I still had a few bites of my pizza left when the waitress came by while we were talking and took it. That being said, I must hold you to a higher standard and compare to tacos stands In Houston, San Antonio, and Southern California. It was a Tuesday so I was able to get Tripas and I heard Buche was on point here as well. I requested my Tripas tacos to be “crispy” like I always do. They came over burnt. Fortunately, I like burnt flavors, but not as overwhelming on my Tripas. I picked out some of the more over burnt pieces. I’ll have to give a 3 star for the Tripas Tacos. Buche tacos and the Salsa did redeem the meal.“

“Perfectly prepared Seafood, comfortable but elegant ambiance, and a great location. A nice high end but low-key spot right near the iconic Austin music spot, Antone’s.The kind crab was perfectly cooked. The braised greens had the subtlest kiss of Serrano pepper. It is seafood with a whisper of the south. The chef is James Beard award winning MASHAMA BAILEY of Savanah, so that makes a lot of sense. The vibe was relaxed but high-end.They bill this as a southern spot. I think it is more a seafood place with a whisper of the South (not to be confused with “Texan cuisine” a cousin but something entirely its own thing.)The restroom is hard to find - it is in the hotel lobby but they do not have good signage. It is buried in the back of a second elevator bank area. They have a neon sign in a different spot announcing that it is NOT the restroom - but nothing of its equal to show you where you should go / where it is.They set up shop diagonally across from Eddie V’s (seafood and chop house) which has been there for decades.Vegetarian options: This was the one area of real opportunity: there were very few options for a vegetarian / vegansDietary restrictions: Greedy for keto and gluten allergy folks!Parking: No garage. “I'm Haitian/Cuban Brooklynite and I've been looking for a place in Austin that will help with my Caribbean cravings for aLOOOOOOOOONG 6 years and WOW this place was definitely worth that wait. The flavors are layered, the meat is juicy and succulent the sauce is spectacular. The plantains and fries are fresh and crispy. You can tell that they care about the quality of their food. Now let's talk about presentation, just because they are food truck doesn't mean that they skimp on the visuals. I'm highly impressed and will definitely be back. So so so happy I found this gem ?“

“Ended up in Austin for a night and looked for a local place to get some grub, and we found Crown & Anchor Pub. I can't even express how pleased I am with our experience, it was busy all night but never overcrowded, the staff was quick, on top of it, and the most friendly humans I've ran into in the service industry in years. The food came out fast and hot and delicious. Big John was very friendly and definitely made an impression on this group from Portland OR.Vegetarian options: They had veggie burger and veggie dog options, as well as grilled cheese, the ability to omit toppings on things like the nachos. I got a veggie burger, and it was really good!“

“I like it when the menu is simple, contains a few things, and it is done quickly and well. Sitting outside is the only down side, but the burgers are delicious. Although this place is a few years older than Whataburger, it has that same Texas-style burger vibe. The kids love the hotdogs and soft serve ice cream.“

“Great place for kids!!This place was recommended to us by a friend and we decided to stop in on a random Wednesday to check it out. The property is a bit far (we are based in NW Austin), but it is beautiful. It has ample outdoor seating - I would keep this in mind if the weather isn't awesome... not as much indoor. However, if the weather is beautiful, outdoor is the way to go.We are always looking for places to go to entertain our toddler and this fits the bill. Playscape for him, food for everyone, and drinks for mom and dad. Keep in mind the play scape isn't closed in, so keep an eye on the littles, they could run out. I only mention this because knowing this fact is important to me, but definitely not a ding on this place.“

“Seriously the best subs I've found in Austin! We ordered the turkey sub and Italian sub and both were so good it's hard to say what the favorite was. I actually love that the Italian comes with mayo not oil/vinegar. The lettuce is shred so thinly as it should be. The bread has a slight crisp and wasn't too bready at all. Perfection! The pizzas pretty good too.“

“It's great, it's pet friendly, excellent food, and chill staff.I had their Reuben sandwich, The pastrami is smoked the cut and very flavorful, couldn't taste the sauerkraut (excellent place to try a Reuben for first timers), The rye bread is very mild and slightly sweet very unique spiral pattern and delicious. Wife had the pretzel, ? she wasn't that hungry but said the beer cheese sauce and ground mustard was delicious. She made me try the last bite of pretzel, it was slightly sweet which was interesting and appreciated, but dipped in their cheese beer sauce was next level. Their flavor combinations just hit different in the best way.Wife had the American lager as she's prefers Coors & Miller lite, I went with their dark lager which was bold yet smooth. Definitely appreciate the realistic ABV levels so you can do something with the rest of your day lol. They're green tea jello shots are actually pretty tasty and fun to order if you're celebrating something.Definitely a bring your own friends place, Not somewhere I would advise the single ready to mingle crowd. But if you got some good people with you you're guaranteed to have a good time here. Can definitely recommend.Parking: Parking is off 5th Street, behind the building. They have their own lot (Yes you can enter directly from the parking lots as well).Google maps will take you to the front of the building though. (Which there are a couple of spots and a couple of handicap spots only, there is also a 10 ft double-sided bike rack)Do not attempt to park anywhere else in the front or businesses beside it they will tow.(Cesar Chavez and the streets connecting between 5th are all both directions, so it doesn't matter how you get there if you will get there)“

“I am unsure as to a review of Qi as a vegan. Nothing is marked vegan on the menu, although our waitress said there were a few things that could be made vegan. We were told the fried & steamed dumplings, scallion pancake, and tofu/rice dish were all vegan, but Im just not sure as our waitress seemed a bit confused at times would really be nice to mark items as vegan on the menu, especially for allergy sensitivities. I did think everything was delicious though and very creative.“
