“Would eat here every day if I could. This place is a go to when I have friends visit from out of town. I LOVE it!! There is another poke place closer to where I live and even with most of the same toppings and items I still will pick Poke House every time!!“

“My first encounter was dinner brought to me from a friend after I had surgery. When I was finally able to get to the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised at what they offered. THH has a bigger menu than I expected. Pancakes, breakfast tacos, lunch plates and much more. Recently I was at a women’s event and it was catered by THH. They did an amazing job serving 120 ladies and can also do smaller events like bridal/wedding parties for morning of events. They also sponsored a 5k run we had. Rob and his crew are great to work with. 👍🏻👍🏻“

She was amazing and went above and beyond during our visit on 3/1/25!! She had such a great attitude and did a fantastic job handling our large order that included a regular & large yogurt as well as a few Take Home Yogurts since we are from San Antonio! As she was helping us with our order, about 4-5 customers walked in. She was calm, fast, efficient, and all with a smile on her face. She knocked out everyone’s orders while providing a great experience. This is our favorite Frozen Yogurt and Pinkberry location and we love to drive to Austin when we can because we love the great service and amazing yogurt. “I would like to respectfully start with; I’ve been to Uchi multiple times over the years and will never forget my first experience (which will always be the best in my mind.) That being said — tonight might have been the closest to first I’ve ever had. Chance, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, easy going, brought some of the best plates when we asked “bring us what you like/anything you think we missed” literally 12/10 would recommend. Ask for Chance, he knows his shiiiiiiii* and made our night absolutely amazing and something we will never forget!“

Visited Snow's BBQ-Lexington, Louie Mueller-Taylor, Kreus Market, Smitty's and Black's-Lockhart, The Salt Lick- Driftwood and Franklin's in Austin. It was great seeing the venues and the family history at these historic sites. I visited Franklin's in the past and felt it was the best brisket I had ever eaten in my life. I am a skeptic when it comes to famous barbecue joints. I must say that Franklin's BBQ was far superior to all of the restaurants I visited with no one even a close second. Aaron's attention to detail from the service, choice of briskets, the cook, the wrap, the holding and even the slicing of the final product is evident in every aspect of his trade. I was lucky enough to run into him at the restaurant and he happily talked BBQ with me. Franklin's may not have the long history of muti-generational BBQ in Central Texas, but he has figured it all out at a level that I have yet to see equaled by the best venues in the country. This is a bucket list restaurant for those who really enjoy BBQ. It is well worth the wait in line“

“This place is so good. You will need a reservation if you want to eat inside so make sure you plan ahead. The wait staff is very attentive and quick to refill coffee and drinks. One tip, these pancakes are big as yo face. Order one and see how you do. If you order two you will probably be taking left overs home. They are fluffy, huge, and good.

Andrea didn’t just take my order, she guided me every step of the way, with such care and personal attention that I felt like I was at a 5-star restaurant. But here I was, at a food truck, waiting in line, cold from the chilly morning, and getting some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was no rush. There was just you and your order, and when Andrea made suggestions and recommendations, I was smart enough to take every one.

When I picked up my drink, the gentleman at the counter said, “We appreciate you.” Well, all I can say to Andrea and everyone at Desnudo is, we appreciate YOU ❤️“

“Weekend getaway in Austin, went here for lunch.

Ambience - located in an alley, can be a little confusing to find. Walk into an alley bar, go through a door, walk through a small seating area, around the corner to the kitchen where you wait in line to order and get your food. Can be fun if you like hustle and bustle. Energetic atmosphere, everybody working fast getting customers their food. No table service, you order, you wait for your food, you try to find a place to sit.

Food - very tasty, we order 3 different ones just to try out the variety between the two of us, along with a side of chips and salsa. The salsa is outstanding…probably the best flavor I’ve had in a long time. Our tacos were steak, chicken, and pork, all on homemade tortillas. Very fresh tasting and tasty, but the meat was chopped fine, tough to hold together while you eat without it falling out the ends.

Enjoyed the lively atmosphere and great quick lunch.

“We had such a special experience tonight at Acre 41 in Austin! By pure coincidence, we were seated at the exact same table we had during our last visit, and to our surprise, our server was Lexie again! She immediately recognized us, and of course we recognized her too.

Ten months ago when we first met Lexie, it was actually her first day serving at Acre 41. She was already fantastic then, but seeing her tonight it’s clear she’s absolutely thriving. Lexie brings so much joy, positive energy, and genuine hospitality to her work. She made our evening feel personal and memorable all over again.

Dinner was phenomenal. I was lucky enough to get the last slice of the incredibly popular Prime Rib, which was outstanding. We also had the Caesar salad and the elote, both just as delicious as we remembered. And of course, there was no way we were leaving without the bread pudding! It’s simply too good to skip and absolutely lives up to the hype.

Acre 41 continues to impress with incredible food, a beautiful atmosphere, and a team that clearly takes pride in creating a great guest experience. And Lexie is a huge part of that. We are so thankful we got to see her again and experience her amazing service.
