I don't live in Austin I live in Midland but whenever I am there this is where I would like to go I have had the brisket it's the best ever

The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, the beans had a deep, savory kick, and the potato salad was fresh and perfectly balanced. The absolute best was the sliced brisket sandwich. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better, and complimentary beer is a good touch. The restaurant has a laid-back neighborhood vibe, and the long wait adds to the experience, with the option to order drinks while in line. It is kid-friendly, with a water station available. Plenty of seating is available both inside and outside, and the restrooms are a unique highlight. Overall, La Barbecue is a must-visit lunch spot in Austin for delicious BBQ, where guests can enjoy individual service and full flavors.
