This place is amazing! I am a big BBQer and have found myself in the Aaron Franklin camp for brisket. His approach really resonates with me. We got to Franklins just before 8am on a Sunday and the line was already long, but not horrible. We were situated just passed the fans in the parking lot. Someone updated the group around 9:30 saying that they sold out of beef ribs and brisket was looking iffy because there were two people in the very front with orders containing 10+lbs of brisket each.
