“Tried CAVA for the first time on a work trip and got Myron made the whole experience easy. At first glance, the menu can be a bit overwhelming, and with that I had no clue how to build a bowl, so he walked me through some recommendations and honestly put me onto a really good combo of his. Safe to say I get the hype now . Great customer service and just an all around good experience.”

“We went to Hat Creek for a birthday party. The employees were very good and we had an amazing experience. The playground is also very good for children who would like to play It was clean and organized. The Manager and staff were great and helpful. I recommend it 100%.”

“Good Zeds ice cream. We like it more on the simple side, the vanilla tasted natural and the blueberries tasted fresh. It's great to have a Westlake location although that particular mall is super tight (Zeds is right next to Honey Ham which can get really busy). The two teens/young ladies working the evening shift might need a bit of supervision or guidance from a more experienced hand.”

“I recently visited Sweetgreen and ordered the Steak Mezze plate. I have to say, the experience was quite pleasant! Ro was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing the best service. She even ensured that I received fresh, perfectly cooked steak for my plate.

“I heard that this location was going to be closed starting Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 3pm for remodeling. It will be closed for about 7 1/2 weeks. That means it will be closed until mid-November.”

“This was the very first MOD Pizza location I ever visited a few years ago, and it immediately made me a fan. The restaurant was very clean, had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly patient and helpful, especially since I had no idea how the ordering process worked or what to choose.

The food was fresh, made exactly how I wanted it, and very reasonably priced, which made the experience even better. The ability to customize everything and still get a quality meal quickly really stood out to me.

Because of that first visit, I’ve become a loyal customer and make it a point to stop at any MOD Pizza location I come across.”

“I would like to respectfully start with; I’ve been to Uchi multiple times over the years and will never forget my first experience (which will always be the best in my mind.) That being said — tonight might have been the closest to first I’ve ever had. Chance, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, easy going, brought some of the best plates when we asked “bring us what you like/anything you think we missed” literally 12/10 would recommend. Ask for Chance, he knows his shiiiiiiii* and made our night absolutely amazing and something we will never forget!”

“Exceptional omakase. One of my favorite restaurants in Austin. The chef is extremely personable and kind. Made me feel incredible comfortable throughout the whole experience. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Every single nigiri was exceptional, with wonderful rice texture. The fish itself was always excellent quality and the sauces lightly coated on each fish were excellently paired with the flavor profile of the fish itself. Drinks: I did the sake pairing which had two options, a standard pairing for $80 iirc, and prestige pairing for $100. I did the pairing for $100. It was outstanding. My friend opted to do the prestige wine pairing ($110); she thoroughly enjoyed that pairing, as well. After the 22 courses, we went back the bar/lounge area and opted to finish our night with a glass of or Born Gold sake. The service team was incredible throughout the meal. Their presence was very low-key, but they were informative and really kind. Will absolutely be returning in the future.”

“Just completed a tour of the Central Texas Barbecue Scene. Visited Snow's BBQ-Lexington, Louie Mueller-Taylor, Kreus Market, Smitty's and Black's-Lockhart, The Salt Lick- Driftwood and Franklin's in Austin. It was great seeing the venues and the family history at these historic sites. I visited Franklin's in the past and felt it was the best brisket I had ever eaten in my life. I am a skeptic when it comes to famous barbecue joints. I must say that Franklin's BBQ was far superior to all of the restaurants I visited with no one even a close second. Aaron's attention to detail from the service, choice of briskets, the cook, the wrap, the holding and even the slicing of the final product is evident in every aspect of his trade. I was lucky enough to run into him at the restaurant and he happily talked BBQ with me. Franklin's may not have the long history of muti-generational BBQ in Central Texas, but he has figured it all out at a level that I have yet to see equaled by the best venues in the country. This is a bucket list restaurant for those who really enjoy BBQ. It is well worth the wait in line”
