I recently went to a scottsdale sweetgreen that was so awful I reconsidered my loyalty to the brand, but as soon as I came into this sweetgreen the experience was completely different-- the employee who helped me named Ro was a total sweetheart and their bright energy lightened my day :) :)
Clean venue, wraps are good👍
The customer service I consistently receive from Ro is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other locations. I’ve been in enough times to confidently say she genuinely is happy to see me when I walk in. She’s taken the time to remember my name and I’m pretty sure she knows my custom order by now. Her vibrant personality and attention to detail is rare to come by nowadays. I will be back!
