They're not fast food, but they are decently quick and tasty food. I like the customizarion options.
This location is usually one of the better Mod's. It's not the cleanest, and the chairs aren't comfortable but the food is good and folks working here are friendly and know what they're doing most of the time.

It was decent fast food pizza.
We stopped by last Sunday for lunch 🍕. It was our family’s first time trying out MOD Pizza, and we were greeted by Phin, who is patient and gave us exceptional customer service during our visit. He made our pizzas and ensured we received all of the menus items we ordered including the delicious mega cookie and no name cake. Shoutout to Jay and Chris who also helped us last Sunday! We will be back!

The menu includes delicious salads and craft lemonades, as well as crispy and chewy pizzas. Customers have enjoyed making their meals just the way they like them, with flavor hacks like adding pepperoni on top of mushrooms and using fresh basil under the sauce. With a patio seating area and a convenient location near The Hill of Life on the greenbelt, MOD Pizza remains an excellent choice for a lovely Sunday afternoon or any day of the week.
