Start our journey at the boarding window which love the intimacy of the kitchen staff. You can tell that they have a lot of power packs into a little space.

Ordered the Caesar salad and the full size pep and pepp.

We got our table buzzer and chose to sit outside in the space though there is inside seating in front of the bar.

There was crafts of water and a water station outside.

Once we seated ourselves our salad came out. My wife and son said they enjoyed it. For my taste I noticed that in lieu of croutons all day pizza utilizes dried onion crunches. It definitely made a large difference in the pallet of the salad. For my taste I would ask those not being included in future orders or at the very least on the side.

We did ask ask at the time of ordering for our pizza to come out crispy.

When it arrived we noticed that the top was definitely well done, but unfortunately the underside of the pizza wasn't to support the weight of the toppings.

That's a good thing and a bad thing. All wrapped in one.

We enjoyed our afternoon and as the pizza was winding down so was the longhorn game unfortunately.

We left right before the tie went in the favor of OU.

Last I was here, I enjoyed a pepperoni pizza, topped with fresh basil and pickled peppers. The peppers had a pleasant kick, and the pie was a solid size[1]. I recommend enjoying your pizza on-site, right away[2].

Seating-wise, there's a shared yard with lots of seating. One of the neighbors is Cork & Screw, where you buy wine by the bottle. You an indoor cat, or need a bathroom? Head to the house next to the Sammataro truck.

Simply the best pizza I've ever had. Every time. Many, many times. The plain cheese with garlic is my go-to. Not too much sauce, not too much cheese, thin-ish sourdough crust that tastes nourishing vs heavy. The Vodka Pie is a savory delight and always a winner, and, if you're eating meat, the sausage and peppers is fire. Also the staff are super chill and funny and excited about the pizza. Don't sleep on the rotating flavors, the sweet corn one over the summer blew me away! Also their ranch is perfect. 10/10“
