First time customer . Food was good, poor presentation + I ordered two different types of chicken salad only got a glob of one.
Went to chicken salad chick for the first time with my sister. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. My complaint would have to be the staff. Mary who attended us was super rude and unprofessional. She was short when asked questions on the menu and how to order. She really dampened the atmosphere. Walking up the counter felt very intimidating.
This was my first time trying CSC & I was really excited to try, however my excitement was crushed by the lack of attentiveness from the expo girls. They were sweet, but they need to have someone overseeing the expo once the food comes out.
