Every time I visit Free birds at the Hancock Center the employees are so amazing! I always have the best conversations with them, they're all very friendly and kind! Had a wonderful chat about Halloween with a very nice man last time I went, love this place! Will be going
Wow. The service is intolerably slow… one person serving a line of people who then have to wait on three other employees processing online orders. No cashier. Waiting 30-mins in line and my order alone took another 10-mins to process. Surprised they have any dine-in customers.
