Found a long hair in my burrito. I used to LOVE Freebirds. This was the time that broke the camel’s back. The quality, taste, and attention to detail has gone down the tubes in the last 10 years. Every single time I order to see if anything has improved, I’m let down. Every. Single. Time. I won’t be ordering from Freebirds again.

Travis was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the menu and helped me make the perfect bowl. I had only been to Freebirds once a long time ago and him taking my order turned what would have been an okay visit into a great one. Thanks for the great service Travis!

Every time I visit Free birds at the Hancock Center the employees are so amazing! I always have the best conversations with them, they're all very friendly and kind! Had a wonderful chat about Halloween with a very nice man last time I went, love this place! Will be going

I ordered a monster chicken bowl for delivery and there was no meat in it. Barely any fajita veggies, corn, rice, cheese, etc. It was like it was all of the scraps tossed in a bowl. A waste.
