We loooooove Menchie’s! This place is the best. Our family has a tradition of doing here after school. The owner is very nice and was so kind to my kids.
Very clean and convenient location! Great selection of flavors. The staff is very sweet do a good job. Everyone is hard working. The negative comments seem to reflect customers being cheap or overly picky/ expecting staff to treat them like royalty
