Good price, the flavors are great, good service! You can get cakes and yogurt. Convenient location!

Girl at front last night working was rude couldn’t even speak just pointed and looked annoyed! Froyo came out soft and soupy. All Menchie’s in Austin and the metro area are awful!

Came here to talk about the bad customer service but notice most of the reviews are super bad and some are from months ago! What is the owner waiting to teach these girl some basic customer service!! She didn’t reply to our Hi when entering and then sight at my husband because he asked if he could take a spoon! First and last! The froyo were great!

I walked in during a slower time and the store associates, two dark haired young women, rolled their eyes immediately upon seeing me. They both sat hidden in the store and on their phones. The one woman in a blue sweater did not look up from her phone the entire time she drudged to the counter and noticeably looked unpleased that we walked in and interrupted her inactivity.I walked out and apologized for interrupting them. They both laughed it off and mumbled insults under their breath. This was a terrible experience.

After a few visits I will probably not return. The cashier could not speak english and the price the last couple of times has been very excessive. 5 times the cost of a McDonalds sundae. The product was good which is 3 stars.

My friend and I had a craving for frozen yogurt, so we decided to give Menchie's a try. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired... Firstly, when we arrived, the place was empty, and it wasn't until we entered that someone, who appeared to be the owner, finally emerged. What struck us immediately was the complete lack of a warm welcome. He didn't greet us or even crack a smile; instead, he just stood there by the cashier, waiting for us to pay. When we asked the owner for some sample cups, he begrudgingly handed us one without a word. To make matters worse, there were two of us, and it was clear he wasn't thrilled about us wanting to sample their flavors. We decided to order the original tart flavor, hoping that at least the frozen yogurt would redeem the experience. Unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. The taste was far from fresh, and it left us with the feeling that we definitely won't be coming back for more. Overall, the lackluster service and less-than-stellar frozen yogurt left a sour taste in our mouths. I've been to different Menchie's locations before, so it seems that this particular location really needs to work on their customer service and the quality of their product if they hope to win us back as customers.

1st time here. I love the plum flavor. My son got mango and it was delicious. Will return to try other flavors.

Staff and customer experience suck here. Reminiscent of grungy high school girls that roll their eyes at you with disdain.

Great yogurt. Horrible staff. Both girls working at 7pm on 8/23/23. So rude!!!! Did not engage staring at her phone. Was so off-putting. Made us extremely uncomfortable and I will make sure to go else where, next time.

Literally some of the worst customer service I have ever had. To the two young ladies that were behind the counter tonight, sorry my family and I interrupted your screen time. You both somehow managed to make ice cream sad. Thanks.

I love this place, they always have good flavors. But every time I walk in, the staff is always so rude, and I've been here about 10 times. Today I encountered two young ladies and they were both at separate registers next to each other. They didn't say which scale to put our yogurt on so I asked and as I was asking the one girl goes, "here here here here" pointing, but both girls were pointing at different scales. I said "that was rude." She apologized but the girl next to her said "that wasn't rude." I just paid and left. Wish the staff was nicer because they have good yogurt.

This place is getting worse every week. I stop by every two weeks for the past 6 months, and we noticed few weeks ago the prices increased drastically (we used to pay $11–$13 per two small cups), now they charge us around $18 for the same weight. Also, last night both employees had a weird attitude since we walked inside the store, they seems mad and distant. We noticed most of the flavors were out of yogurt and the fruits tray was empty. We asked if they can restock the fruits but one of the employees did not appreciate the request, yet she still got it for us. At end we paid while both looked mad. We were ok to pay the higher bill for the experience and flavor, but I don’t need to deal with this attitude. It’s my last time going to this place. I am looking for a new frozen yogurt store, if you got any recommendations for a good place, please feel free to add it in the comments. Thank you

When I walked in and asked for a sample cup, this idiot cheapskate gave me a dirty look and just stared at me for about 3 seconds like I was and d*** for asking.

I am visiting Austin and decided to come with my family, let's just say it was a very strange experience. The guy who was working (who I assume is the owner) was not only extremely cheap but also plain rude. When I asked for a sample cup he gave me a dirty look, and I had to ask twice before he gave me one. There were new flavors to try but I couldn't try them all when he was only giving one sample cup at a time, and making me feel awkward if I wanted more. The vibe was very strange and it made us want to leave.
